I’m conflicted on how I feel about this chair. Putting it together was not the easiest thing, especially the backrest as the holes this not quite lined up but with a little force it worked out. The arms are low quality plastic, but I like the seat and the backrest. The wheels roll very easily too.. Claudia. Hartland, WI. Thu May 21 2026

Boss, Charlotte, Pillow Top Task Chair with Fixed Chrome Arms

Luxury and comfort rolled into one with the brand new DuraForce Big & Tall Executive Swivel Chair! DuraForce is designed to provide the utmost comfort while remaining stylish. The gorgeous faux leather is breathable, making this chair ideal to sit in for long periods of time. Padded Arms are designed to hold any weight and any amount of pressure. DuraForce features a contoured back and tufted sides that allow for the most comfortable sit. It almost feels like a hug! The seat cushion has extra dense padding to ensure there is no collapsing. The casters have been tested to withstand up to 400lbs. This chair looks good in any setting too! Take it home for a luxurious addition to any center of operation or keep it at work to make everyone jealous. Your butt and back will thank you.

The Duraforce Big&Tall office chair is very nice, supportive, and sturdy. I was looking specifically for a high-back office “captain’s chair” with solid arms that fasten to both the seat back and the seat itself, which means that the reclining function works by tilting back the entire chair in one piece, not moving the back. This setup always results in the chair being very solid vs. moving-back chairs. The chair is very comfortable, and the faux leather headrest is positioned farther forward than most office chairs, meaning you ca actually USE the headrest to support your neck while watching YouTube videos. As a big & tall chair , it’s not as massive as some others. The seat width of about 23 inches is good but not exceptional, and while the 400lbs max weight results in a very strong frame, there are chairs rated to 500 and 600lbs. I’m not that heavy, but a bigger max weight means the chair doesn’t creak as much if I lean on one arm in a weird way or shift around while reclining. The seat height is a bit too high at its lowest setting, but I always change the wheels of my chairs to something lower. Finally I really adore the look of the chair. Most of the office chairs out there are either gnarly gaming chairs or staid mesh chairs. This Duraforce reminds me of an ‘09 Corolla or Civic, and I really like that look. But that’s just me. 5/5.. Backed by an impressive warranty and ANSI/BIFMA certification, this chair is the ultimate solution for those seeking both quality and comfort in their office seating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chair is definitely easier on my back than most office chairs. The worst thing about this chair is how adjustable the arm rests are. They move in just about EVERY direction and putting too much of your weight on them will make them go down without hitting the release button. It’s definitely easier to clean than fabric office chairs but someone got a drop of cleaner on the cushion and it appeared to permanently damage it. You have to be careful what you clean it with. Regular cleaning/disinfectant wipes will come away black from the seat material. Sydneyf67_2367. Mon May 12 2025
