well the first thing that comes to mind is the speed of shipping that came very fast. the chair itself is awesome. I just could not find a comfortable counter height chair for my counter height kitchen table so I was thinking out of the box. I assembled it in probably a half hour to 40 minutes without any problems. I especially like the longer handle allen wrench with the bar at the end of it that made screwing in the screws a lot easier than a little finger allen wrench that you usually get with stuff. all the parts were there all the screws lined up without difficulty. chair is basic with nice coloring and ample padding on chair seat and arms. I am able to reach around while sitting to adjust the lumbar support. this chair has a rocking mechanism which I was not aware of but I havent dialed that in just yet but there is a knob to adjust the rocking mechanism. the height adjustment is pretty straightforward you have to not be sitting on the seat to raise it up. the seat is wide enough so I can sit with one leg under in a cross leg position and that was a big plus for me. the armrests lift up fully out of the way. I have lvp vinyl in the kitchen so these caster wheels slide across very easily. the foot rest is also what I had to consider and this one is perfect. all in all this is a perfect chair for my counter height kitchen table and it supports my wide load without difficulty.. Chair feels comfy to sit on, although I haven’t done hours of studying on it yet so can’t speak on that yet. I took one star off because the leaning back feature isn’t necessary as advertised. In the posters, it says the chair can lean back to two different degrees, but when I tried it, it only goes back as far as one. I really like this chair! It has a firm back and is comfortable to sit in. I like also how you can adjust the legs so that the chair doesn't wobble. It has a smaller profile than a typical office chair, so I can slide it under the desk when I'm not using it. The directions were straightforward, and it was easy to assemble - it took me about 10 minutes by myself only because you have to be careful not to screw the seat in all the way to make sure the four screws that hold the seat in place line up with the holes (and then tighten everything up at the end).
