well the first thing that comes to mind is the speed of shipping that came very fast. the chair itself is awesome. I just could not find a comfortable counter height chair for my counter height kitchen table so I was thinking out of the box. I assembled it in probably a half hour to 40 minutes without any problems. I especially like the longer handle allen wrench with the bar at the end of it that made screwing in the screws a lot easier than a little finger allen wrench that you usually get with stuff. all the parts were there all the screws lined up without difficulty. chair is basic with nice coloring and ample padding on chair seat and arms. I am able to reach around while sitting to adjust the lumbar support. this chair has a rocking mechanism which I was not aware of but I havent dialed that in just yet but there is a knob to adjust the rocking mechanism. the height adjustment is pretty straightforward you have to not be sitting on the seat to raise it up. the seat is wide enough so I can sit with one leg under in a cross leg position and that was a big plus for me. the armrests lift up fully out of the way. I have lvp vinyl in the kitchen so these caster wheels slide across very easily. the foot rest is also what I had to consider and this one is perfect. all in all this is a perfect chair for my counter height kitchen table and it supports my wide load without difficulty.. So far so good. I've used the chair for two days now and here are my initial thoughts. * Assembly was simple and took me 45 mins. * Chair looks good and is comfortable for 8 hours. * Seat wobbles a little back and forth when locked in the 90° position. * Arm rests are very low. I'm only 5'5" tall and are two low when folded in the down position. * Construction of seat bottom looks substandard and not very well done. We will see how it stands the test of time.. Jose. FL. Crafted from a mesh back with lumbar support and a comfortable upholstered seat, it features a metal frame and pedestal base with five rolling casters. Flip-up armrests, a swivel seat, and adjustable height allow you to tailor this seat to your desk and needs.

I’ve had a desk chair from this brand before and loved it, so I decided to purchase one from them again. Assembly instructions were clear. Chair feels comfy to sit on, although I haven’t done hours of studying on it yet so can’t speak on that yet. I took one star off because the leaning back feature isn’t necessary as advertised. In the posters, it says the chair can lean back to two different degrees, but when I tried it, it only goes back as far as one. Not the biggest deal breaker for me, but keep that in mind when buying.. Missing_rachelshenxiaogmail.c. Fri Aug 07 2026

Every detail is crafted to enhance both your comfort and productivity, while elevating the aesthetic of your office space.

Pros: 1) The chair looks exactly like the picture. This is the first time an online purchase I've made looks EXACTLY like the pictures provided. Usually, there are slight differences... the color might look different, etc. 2) The material is very soft and the color is beautiful! 3) It was easy to assemble (with exception to 1 caveat, see below) The cons: 1) Poorly aligned pre-drilled holes, combined with poorly molded hardware (screws) make what is a simple assembly, incredibly frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. 2) Thankfully, the assembly was self explanatory because the instructions provided were useless. 3) The back doesn't adjust the way described. Overall, the chair isn't nearly as comfortable as I'd hoped. However, it's good enough that I will keep it versus having to disassemble and return it. I understand at this price point, you're not getting a high end desk chair. However, I was still disappointed by the quality of materials and quality of the pre-fabrication. If you're purchasing for the esthetic, then you'll be very happy. If the comfort and quality are more important, choose a different chair.. Christin. Murfreesboro, TN. Mon Aug 31 2026
