Well delivery was prompt and on time. Over all the chair is very nice and as a Content Creator who spends 12-15hrs at my Gaming PC doing Creator Content and playing games as well, so this is extremely comfortable, but sadly the second day I went to use the recliner function and it didn't work when I went to unlock it to bring it back up. Not a very good first experience as well I have a very nice chair but sadly only lasted a day. Hope this can be resolved A.S.A.P. or Replaced and be sent overnite delivery, WE'LL SEE.
