Well delivery was prompt and on time. Over all the chair is very nice and as a Content Creator who spends 12-15hrs at my Gaming PC doing Creator Content and playing games as well, so this is extremely comfortable, but sadly the second day I went to use the recliner function and it didn't work when I went to unlock it to bring it back up.
