It was a great buy, especially for the price compared to other options. It was easy to put together and there are English instructions! The instructions to attach the armrests and the footrest were missing but it was easy to figure out by looking at the illustrations. The chair is still okay, although the person that’s using this chair is my husband that weights approximately 200lbs, the chair is starting to squeak when being sat on and swerving. Noticed we changed the chair wheels too since the original one broke and it really ultimately damaged the carpet where the chair normally is being used. Overall purchase is still good. I ordered another chair a couple of weeks ago and Wayfair lost it in transit and I didn't get a replacement. I needed a desk chair so I ordered this one. The installation was easy enough - It was just a little awkward for the bottom and back parts since they had to be screwed in at a specific angle. We love the beige it is a little lighter than the picture. Nice top- stitch features. Very comfortable. I have not experimented with the five-click lumbar support. I do think if you are short and use the maximum lumbar support you may need a footrest. My husband on occasion needed a second pair of hands. They had a few of the chairs on my list but this chair was by far the most comfortable. Leather is more of a cream color than the white in the picture. Fairly easy to put together, however could have used an extra hand lining up the holes for the back. It required force and precision that was challenging for one person. Still a 5 star rating though.
