well the first thing that comes to mind is the speed of shipping that came very fast. the chair itself is awesome. I just could not find a comfortable counter height chair for my counter height kitchen table so I was thinking out of the box. I assembled it in probably a half hour to 40 minutes without any problems. I especially like the longer handle allen wrench with the bar at the end of it that made screwing in the screws a lot easier than a little finger allen wrench that you usually get with stuff. all the parts were there all the screws lined up without difficulty. chair is basic with nice coloring and ample padding on chair seat and arms. I am able to reach around while sitting to adjust the lumbar support. this chair has a rocking mechanism which I was not aware of but I havent dialed that in just yet but there is a knob to adjust the rocking mechanism. the height adjustment is pretty straightforward you have to not be sitting on the seat to raise it up. the seat is wide enough so I can sit with one leg under in a cross leg position and that was a big plus for me. the armrests lift up fully out of the way. I have lvp vinyl in the kitchen so these caster wheels slide across very easily. the foot rest is also what I had to consider and this one is perfect. all in all this is a perfect chair for my counter height kitchen table and it supports my wide load without difficulty.. When it comes to settling in for a day of business in your home office, you want a seat that's going to give you the support you need while also contributing to your home's style. A desk chair like this is a great option for a contemporary style with functional support and mobility. Crafted from a mesh back with lumbar support and a comfortable upholstered seat, it features a metal frame and pedestal base with five rolling casters. Flip-up armrests, a swivel seat, and adjustable height allow you to tailor this seat to your desk and needs.

I’ve had a desk chair from this brand before and loved it, so I decided to purchase one from them again. Assembly instructions were clear. Chair feels comfy to sit on, although I haven’t done hours of studying on it yet so can’t speak on that yet. I took one star off because the leaning back feature isn’t necessary as advertised. In the posters, it says the chair can lean back to two different degrees, but when I tried it, it only goes back as far as one. Not the biggest deal breaker for me, but keep that in mind when buying.. Missing_rachelshenxiaogmail.c. Fri Aug 07 2026

Not good for all day productivity, very firmstiff with no adjustments, forced to sit straight up. I guess that’s great for supporting correct posture.. Robert. Chambersburg, PA. Fri Jul 31 2026

This ergonomic mesh task chair provides adjustable support for long hours in your work space. The breathable mesh upholstery spans across the seat and backrest, encouraging air circulation while you check off items on your to-do list. Designed with integrated lumbar support and a two-dimensional headrest, it helps maintain comfortable positioning throughout the day. Its 360° swivel base and smooth-rolling casters make shifting direction and gliding around your desk effortless. Plus, a three-level tilt lock mechanism lets you customize your recline angle for dynamic seating control.

In our house, we’ve been through about a dozen different office chairs (thanks to working from home and teenagers who sit in theirs for both homework and gaming). We’ve tried a number of different brands of office and gaming chairs at different price points. And unfortunately, we were disappointed in this chair for the price. The chair looked nice, had a comfortable but breathable mesh seat, and claimed to have all the features we tend to look for: adjustable seat height, arm height, headrest, and lumbar support. The foot rest looked like a nice bonus. But once we put the chair together, we found we could not make the seat height or lumbar support adjust. It isn’t clear whether the hydraulic switches were malfunctioning, but if so, the manufacturer may be able to provide support or a replacement and fix the issue. The headrest only moved a small amount to adjust it, and this was not controlled by the same switches. It was also very tough to move up and down to the right height. The footrest was also difficult to pull out to use. The star-shaped base was plastic and came with some scuffs on it. I loved that the chair came with a good assembly manual. However, some steps were lacking in detail and were very small to try to see.. Emily. Snohomish, WA. Mon Jun 22 2026

It took maybe 15-20 minutes to assemble this chair. The quality looks great. It is quite heavy. I love the back and neck support. The mesh fabric is also very nice. If you are looking for chair with good support, this chair is definitely a good one. Marzi. Fairfax, VA. Thu May 21 2026

This office chair wasn’t difficult to assemble, but I’m only giving it 4 stars because the arm rests are a little short and it’s not that comfortable for a taller person. The height does adjust but again, it would be more suitable for a petite person.. Marlene. Sarasota, FL. Tue Sep 01 2026
