Headline: Comfortable, well-built chair. Instructions need work. The chair is well made and comfortable. The seat is firm in a good way, the armrests are padded, and the high back gives good support. The lumbar adjustment is a nice touch. The instructions could be better. They don’t say how to install the casters. It turns out they just pop in, but I had to figure that out. Attaching the armrests to the seat was also a problem. One of the holes didn’t line up, and it’s an awkward position to work in with no guidance in the directions. Once it’s together, it’s a solid chair. I’d buy it again, but plan on some extra time for assembly.. Steve. San Diego, CA. Sat Oct 10 2026
