Great couch for the price. Came in 9 boxes but only took about 45 minutes to put together. Takes a little work getting each section clicked together, but not that difficult. Overall we really like this couch!! We didn’t realize that the cream color one doesn’t come with the arms to open and close the ottomans, there’s just wooden boards that run over the compartments and work as the structure for the seats. I cannot say enough good things about this sectional! I spent months looking at couches and was extremely hesitant to order one online without sitting on it first. The Brinsley ended up being exactly what I was looking for. The taupe color is absolutely beautiful in person. It’s the perfect warm neutral and works beautifully with the rest of our room. The corduroy fabric is incredibly soft and cozy, and the couch feels substantial without looking bulky. Having a home with pets, I needed something that could be comfortable and livable while still looking beautiful. This checks all of those boxes.
