This is a nice chair, but the assembly process was definitely NOT nice. The screw holes connecting the armrests were crooked, forcing the screws to go in crooked. I wrestled with those for hours. The back required jujitsu-type maneuvering, and the amount of time it took to put this together was slightly ridiculous. That said, once it was all done, it turned out to be a comfortable chair. Very sturdy and comfortable chair but this is not for short people. I am 5’5 and couldn’t get comfortable due to the seat being so large.
