In our house, we’ve been through about a dozen different office chairs (thanks to working from home and teenagers who sit in theirs for both homework and gaming). We’ve tried a number of different brands of office and gaming chairs at different price points. And unfortunately, we were disappointed in this chair for the price. The chair looked nice, had a comfortable but breathable mesh seat, and claimed to have all the features we tend to look for: adjustable seat height, arm height, headrest, and lumbar support. The foot rest looked like a nice bonus. But once we put the chair together, we found we could not make the seat height or lumbar support adjust. It isn’t clear whether the hydraulic switches were malfunctioning, but if so, the manufacturer may be able to provide support or a replacement and fix the issue. The headrest only moved a small amount to adjust it, and this was not controlled by the same switches. It was also very tough to move up and down to the right height. The footrest was also difficult to pull out to use. The star-shaped base was plastic and came with some scuffs on it. I loved that the chair came with a good assembly manual. However, some steps were lacking in detail and were very small to try to see.. Emily. Snohomish, WA. Mon Jun 22 2026

The plastic frame rests on casters for easy movement, while the 360° swivel function allows you to shift positions easily. Plus, the adjustable headrest and armrests provide targeted support as you tackle your to-do list.

The back is a little too upright for me and is not adjustable. I’m going to try to get used to that. The lumbar supports are good though. Kim. Newnan, GA. Fri Sep 11 2026

I have just put the chair together, the instruction were clean, the screws were all there and they provided more just in case. So far, only after an hour or so, the chair is good, the armrests are good, I would of liked them to go higher but then again, I am tall but still, they do pivot which is nice. The chair is comfortable to an extent and tilt and the headrest is good. I will update this in a while when I have used it more. The colour which is pink is gorgeous by the way! Two weeks, later I am updating this review. Good solid chair, only issue is a very hard seat otherwise great, I added an ergonomic seat cushion!. Catherine. Deux-montagnes, QC. Thu Jul 30 2026

Easily adjust it to find your perfect sitting position based on your needs. Finished in soft, elegant hues, this chair adds a touch of warmth to your space. More than just a seat, it offers a gentle moment of comfort in your everyday life.

Super easy to set up and very comfortable once adjusted properly. The foam pieces are much denser and nicer than I expected! The material the footrest is wrapped in is a little flimsyodd (it’s not a solid piece of material like I expected) but that’s a minor thing unless it proves useless. I spent so much time looking for the perfect chair and am hoping this really could be it! Great value for money so far. And the color is just perfect. Natalie. Fri Aug 28 2026

This chair is great! Love that the headrest can tilt and goes updown! Love that the armrest swivel and the casters are very sturdy and roll very well! Chair is heavy and I would definitely recommend two people for assembly-tho not necessary it is very helpful! The box was damaged heavily upon arrival but it was packaged well enough that nothing was damaged. Love Love Love that they sent the allen wrench with a plastic handle!!! SO much easier to use!!! and I live that they sent extra screws and an extra wrench (tho only the cheap one it was such an added plus!!) I highly recommend the chair to everyone!!. Melinda. This is a nice chair, but the assembly process was definitely NOT nice. The screw holes connecting the armrests were crooked, forcing the screws to go in crooked. I wrestled with those for hours. The back required jujitsu-type maneuvering, and the amount of time it took to put this together was slightly ridiculous. That said, once it was all done, it turned out to be a comfortable chair. I just wish the assembly was easier.. Kristin. Fresno, TX. Sun Apr 06 2025

It is comfy and I think its ok. We had it for some time but maybe not the best if you have pets as I fond it not so easy to clean to be honest… I wish I bought something more pet friendly. But if you don’t have pets and looking for comfort and durability its great! We owned it since 2023 so a little more than 3 years now and it was used pretty often. No damage to the fabric despite our cat hogging the chair ). Nada Ali. Vancouver, BC. Sat Sep 12 2026
