wow unbelievable how much i actually love this couch. i was scared of making a big purchase on something that i haven’t sat on to test out. i have specific needs cuz of neck and back surgeries and this couch passed the test. i can sit w my head fully rested on back without it not being covered or push outward by a pillow at the high part of cushion. i really love the brown color, it’s definitely lighter then a chocolate brown it’s more or less a mushroom brown on the beige side of the brown color chart. was so happy that it wasn’t darker.. This couch overall is decent but definitely not my favorite. The chenille fabric feels soft, the off white color is nice, and it was simple to put together. When first getting I let the cushions expand on their own but ended up opening the zipper and doing the pillows and backrest cushions by hand as they didn't fluff out fully on their own. The couch overall is very firm and I could see the back cushions shape not holding up over time. The seat cushions are deep making it ideal for lounging and the backrest and height of the couch is low so not super ideal for support when you want to sit and talk to others. One of the seat bases came warped which cause some issues when putting together but we were able to make it work because we didn't want to deal with a return process. The couch was delivered very quick and all pieces came within a day of wach other. I paid $780 for a new couch which will do for a couple years until I can upgrade.. Emily. ND. Fri Aug 21 2026

Pros very nice upholstery, great neutral color and texture, absolutely love the wood base to every piece, the pieces stay in place and don’t slide on our carpet, it’s high quality and heavy, the storage ottomans are super nice with really strong hardware, and I love the versatility of moving sections around. Cons the only thing really is that I wish the cushions were a little thickermore substantial. They have stayed a little bit lumpy since we set it up a week ago. And it seems if each cushion was a couple inches wider, it would be a tighter and better-looking fit. Overall happy with it though! Looks and functions great in our family room.. Amelia.
