I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. Usually “firm” is not my cup of tea. However, as someone with chronic back pain and peripheral neuropathy it usually what is recommended for me. I just have not found them terribly comfortable and easy to relax in. So imagine my surprise when I fell asleep within a few minutes of getting sheets on the mattress. This week, I’ve been able to sleep for longer stretches than I’ve been able to in months. What’s more, I tend to move a lot in my sleep. Like, A LOT…..to the point where my old mattress would be several inches offsides from the box springs in the mornings and once or twice a month even partially off the frame. This bad boy, however, doesn’t seem to have moved a single inch since the install date. Thumbs up from this rather finicky and rambunctious sleeper. PS I also have sleep apnea. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this for mattress for my teenage son's room. He was ready for a good mattress. Overall we are very happy with this one. He says it is very comfortable, gives great support and he likes that the mattress isn't firm but on the softer side. He is a tall boy so it seems to be holding up good for the past month that he has been sleeping on it. His only complaint is that he would of liked to feel the cooling gels more. This mattress is used when we have guest as well. My mom slept on it and she gave her stamp of approval. Believe me when I say that my Mom would let me know if she didn't like it. My dad has also slept on it a few times and he also likes it but would of liked a more firmer mattresses (he is strange). Overall it is a very good mattress.
