The packaging was hard to open but the mattress quality is top tier ! Good quality and firm. My husband loves it already. Shipping was fast and there was no issues. The shipping label was not on there so that is a little bit concerning. However, our item arrived without problem.. Anonymous. Sun Sep 20 2026
