So far, I’m in love! Just unboxed and letting take more shape for the day before we sleep on it tonight but, wow! Our last mattress was a Puffy, all foam, and plush. It was wayyyy too soft for us and was killing our backs. So I took a chance on this after reading the reviews and getting in for the sale. Best decision ever! I’m not exaggerating. It’s not even fully formed yet but I know it’s going to be a massive improvement and just what we needed for better back support. The shallow pillow top adds a softness that’s needed so you don’t feel like you’re sleeping on the ground. But the firm structure underneath is absolutely incredible. The best of both worlds! Exactly what we hoped for!. Lauren. Pittsburgh, PA. Sun Jun 07 2026

I’m very happy with this purchase! It’s incredibly soft and comfortable while still providing a nice level of firmness and support. I’ve been sleeping really well on it. It’s comfortable, supportive, and I’ve been enjoying it so far. I would definitely recommend it!. Anonymous. Fri Oct 16 2026

I was previously unaware of the concept of a mattress in a box. Upon visiting the Wayfair store, I had the opportunity to examine the mattress, having seen it advertised online. We proceeded to order it through the website due to the complimentary delivery service. It subsequently arrived packaged within a box. ItIt was quite heavy, so you will require assistance from another person to move it to its intended location. We have unraveled it, and as less than 24 hours have passed since then, this is its current appearance. Therefore, I will likely wait another 24 hours before placing it on the bed to ensure it has reached its maximum fullness. However, considering the price, we are quite satisfied with the purchase so far, and I will likely provide a follow-up review later.. Sabrina. Atlanta, GA. Sat Sep 12 2026

The contouring foam helps reduce pressure on the back and joints, while motion-isolating pocket coils deliver stable, responsive support for a more restful night's sleep.

It's definitely more firm than "medium firm." After sleeping on a futon that was equivalent to sleeping on a gravel road, this mattress may as well have fallen from heaven. It looks and feels well made. It fluffed up pretty quick too. I'm very happy with my purchase.. Megan. Ephrata, PA. Tue Sep 29 2026

Was exactly as advertised let sit for 6 hour to expand made the bed and enjoy a very comfortable night sleep. One con is the medium-firm advertising is misleading in a sense it shows a chart of soft - medium- firm not medium firm so it is more so to the firm side for sure but overall good deal go buy on you will love it.
