So far, I’m in love! Just unboxed and letting take more shape for the day before we sleep on it tonight but, wow! Our last mattress was a Puffy, all foam, and plush. It was wayyyy too soft for us and was killing our backs. So I took a chance on this after reading the reviews and getting in for the sale. Best decision ever! I’m not exaggerating. It’s not even fully formed yet but I know it’s going to be a massive improvement and just what we needed for better back support. The shallow pillow top adds a softness that’s needed so you don’t feel like you’re sleeping on the ground. But the firm structure underneath is absolutely incredible. The best of both worlds! Exactly what we hoped for!. Lauren. Pittsburgh, PA. Sun Jun 07 2026

I’m very happy with this purchase! It’s incredibly soft and comfortable while still providing a nice level of firmness and support. I’ve been sleeping really well on it. The only minor issue is that all four corners seem slightly compressed or sunken. I initially thought they would fully expand and return to their normal shape over time, but they still seem to be that way. Aside from the corners, I’m very satisfied with everything else. It’s comfortable, supportive, and I’ve been enjoying it so far. I would definitely recommend it!. Anonymous. Fri Oct 16 2026

I was previously unaware of the concept of a mattress in a box. Upon visiting the Wayfair store, I had the opportunity to examine the mattress, having seen it advertised online. We proceeded to order it through the website due to the complimentary delivery service. It subsequently arrived packaged within a box. ItIt was quite heavy, so you will require assistance from another person to move it to its intended location. We have unraveled it, and as less than 24 hours have passed since then, this is its current appearance. Therefore, I will likely wait another 24 hours before placing it on the bed to ensure it has reached its maximum fullness. However, considering the price, we are quite satisfied with the purchase so far, and I will likely provide a follow-up review later.. Sabrina. Atlanta, GA. Sat Sep 12 2026

Experience cloud-like comfort with this Medium Hybrid Mattress. Designed for all sleep positions, this mattress combines cooling gel memory foam and independently encased pocket coils to deliver balanced softness and support. The 7-zone ergonomic design follows your body's natural curve, relieving pressure on shoulders, hips and spine, so you'll wake up refreshed and pain-free whether you sleep on your side, back or stomach. The 4D air mesh knitted cover allows airflow while the gel-infused memory foam draws heat away, keeping you cool all night. Individually wrapped coils minimize motion transfer so you won't feel your partner move, and reinforced edge coils mean the entire mattress is usable with no roll-off. Made with CertiPUR-US and OEKO-TEX certified foam and fiberglass-free for your safety. Ships compressed and rolled in a box—unbox, cut the plastic, and watch it expand in 48–72 hours. Compatible with all bed frames.

Just got my new mattress today king size 12 inch mattress height very easy set up. Reading the paperwork says it could take up to 72 hrs to fully expand it’s pretty comfortable right now. I just hope it gets a little bit firmer in the next couple of days. The cooling gel is also a plus. Christopher. Linden, NJ. Tue Oct 27 2026

Comfortably firm, great price, has handles on the side of the mattress for easy lifting.. Kaity. Wed Jul 29 2026

Looking for a mattress that balances comfort and support? This medium-firm hybrid mattress combines memory foam with individually pocketed springs to provide pressure relief, targeted support, and proper spinal alignment. The contouring foam helps reduce pressure on the back and joints, while motion-isolating pocket coils deliver stable, responsive support for a more restful night's sleep.

It's definitely more firm than "medium firm." After sleeping on a futon that was equivalent to sleeping on a gravel road, this mattress may as well have fallen from heaven. It looks and feels well made. It fluffed up pretty quick too. I'm very happy with my purchase.. Megan. Ephrata, PA. Tue Sep 29 2026
