Great out of the box! It wasn’t too complicated, which I was worried about, and the app is very easy to use to designate different areas and tell the vacuum where not to go. Easily ran the first vacuum and mop, and the floors were immediately much cleaner. Works so good! Finally, a mop that washes itself as it cleans. My hardwood floors are not just water pushed around with a dirty mop, it rotates the brushes and rinses the mop. I may need to get a second just for my bottom floor and let them live in two places, caring for each floor while I sit at home and work remotely. I love this vacuum. It works great. The only thing is the cord will get stuck in the bottom of the vacuum if you’re not careful while using. I actually enjoy this vacuum very much! The lights in the front are surprisingly bright, especially in the dark. I tend to be very fast so after maybe two times going over the same spot everything is picked up. I love that it’s super easy to clean and the attachments are great too! The convenience of removing it 3 different lengths is awesome; the handle, medium for hard to reach spot, and the brushes for the floors. My only complaint is the battery. I’ve been lucky to have it vacuum my entire home (~1250 sq ft) just before it dies but I’ve noticed it’s slowly decreasing with time. Finally I found one that works! I love this wet/dry vacuum! I tried several other ones but they all failed quickly. This one works really well. I use it 2-3 times every day. I got the Bissell big pet pro carpet cleaner works absolutely great very strong. The chambers are very big to hold soap and hole. Water is the best one I bought so far I bought the cheaper models and they just don’t hold up. This seems very commercial and I’m very happy with it with the price and the heaviness of the machine..
