Really pleased with the value and easy set up of this sauna. It came with the IR lamp as advertised (despite another review to contrary). Heats up fast enough and seems hot but I'm waiting to receive a thermometer to confirm temp and humidity. Might be nice if it were a bit larger to stretch legs (I'm 6ft) but then it would be slower to warm up and maintain heat.. Scott. GA. Sun Aug 30 2026

Step into wellness with our luxurious full-spectrum infrared sauna — crafted from 100% premium Canadian hemlock, heats up in just 15 minutes, medical-grade red light therapy, immersive resonance speakers, and the perfect vibe for your home gym sanctuary.

Absolutely love this sauna. I was all set to buy a much cheaper sauna and my husband said to splurge for the bigger one. As for it being a 2 person, that can depend on size of people. I myself don’t think it would be comfortable with 2 pp. heats up to 140 which is plenty hot for us. We can both comfortably stand in it. I’m 5ft 8 and my hubby is 6ft 2. I love that it has automatic shut off as well. That was a huge safety factor of mine. In case my teenagers were to try it out. Door seals well enough to keep heat in. As for the set up. Pretty straightforward took my son and husband an hour or so to unpack and lay out hardware. Totally recommend doing this. Husband ended up calling a buddy to help 2nd day, and they ended up with many leftovers that bothered me. At one point my husband attached side and forgot the trim. He tried talking me into not putting it on and I made him take off sides to install. Yup I was right would it have sealed properly without it. It’s not a 45 min set up for sure. Speaker is great. I mainly use the red light but all others are nice as well. Not sure what some were complaining about speaker being not good. Perhaps it was their WiFi? Even works great radio stations. I searched for several months and always seemed to compare with this one. So glad we pulled the trigger an opted for the more expensive one. In the end I think it was best. I do wish heat and timer buttons were easier to program. The heat button is sensitive and you gotta hit it on bottom left to increase the heat. Timer starts out at 30 min during heat up. I then have to add time to hit my 30 min. Time limit. Now….. I think for the price a sauna seat, backrest and sauna hats should be included as a bonus. Think about the health benefits and tell yourself your worth it because you are. Just not sure now if I sell with house in a few years or unassemble and move it with us. Will absolutely purchase again. Oh and finally make sure you tell delivery drivers where you want it put. It’s heavy for sure. Your worth it.. Sullivan. Jacksonville Beach Florida. Tue Aug 18 2026

Love it!!! I paid $1500 to a general contractor to assemble it, took 7 hours and I paid $3500 to an electrician to run 220V to the back yard which took 6 hours. Still more than half the cost of the lowest price given at a local store here in San Diego. Great quality, gets as hot as advertised in about 15 minutes, but San Diego is never cold, so starting temp is always around 70 degrees. Highly recommend, but line up assembly and electrical first, know what your getting into. Read the assembly instructions in the ad.. Scott. San Diego, CA. Thu Apr 23 2026

The Watoga 2-4 people traditional cedar steam sauna is assembled using a ball-and-socket profile, held in place by stainless steel bands and minimal fasteners. The significance of this configuration is that it maintains a reliable seal while allowing the lumber to expand and contract. The entire unit is mounted on two polymer support cradles that lift the undercarriage of the sauna to keep it from coming in direct contact with any moisture on the ground.

I found the outside shell was very hard to stretch over the frame. I had an inch where the tarp/shell of sauna would not cover the frame. I had to pull so hard on the zipper and cover, the zipper broke on me. Nothing was going to be able to repair the sauna. I threw it away. In the future, I think I will get just a pop up one for me. After some research and looking at different options, I landed on this sauna. It arrived fairly quickly, in the instructions were very easy to follow. It took me roughly a day to put together, in the final result was incredible. My wife and I use this 3 to 5 times a week, and it's been the perfect way to recover and to improve our sleep. I initially had some concerns about how it would hold up in the Texas heat (yes, call us crazy for buying a sauna in Texas), but so far everything has been excellent. Extremely happy with the Erommy InfraRed sauna with red light therapy. It heats up quickly, 150 degrees in about 18 minutes. We've had ours for about 2 months, no issues whatsoever. We use it every other day for 20-25 minutes. Had an electrician install its own 20-amp breaker line and outlet. My wife and I are in our 70s, put it together in 3-4 hours. A great sauna.. Donald. These saunas are constructed with the environment in mind which accounts for the efforts in using reforested Canadian hemlock wood. The walls are double-paneled and constructed with the thickest interior and exterior wood planks compared to others in the same industry. This all translates to a quality sauna that retains heat more efficiently, heats up faster, and wastes less energy. The far infrared carbon energy-efficient heating panels are 30% larger than saunas heated by ceramic tubes and penetrate skin 40% more to maximize therapeutic benefits. Unlike ceramic heaters, you will never have to replace carbon energy-efficient heating panels. The carbon energy-efficient panels also heat up 30% faster than saunas equipped with ceramic panels and 100% faster than rock and water steam saunas. The 4-person sauna is designed for ease of use and is an outstanding value. Enjoy the convenience of operating your sauna with the interior soft-touch control panel and led display featuring sauna temperature and time functions. This sauna is equipped with a reduced wattage floor and lower bench heater to allow the same benefits and treatment to your legs and feet without the burning sensation of other sauna manufacturers. Enjoy your sauna session with your favorite music through the sauna's built-in FM radio and mp3 auxiliary connection with speakers. This sauna enhances your sauna experience with the bonus feature of the chromotherapy (color therapy) lighting system. This sauna plugs into a dedicated 20 amp 110-volt outlet (please consult a certified electrician for replacing a 15 amp dedicated receptacle to an approved 20 amp dedicated receptacle and 20 amp breaker).

I go in this every day. I love it.. Lindsey. Sandpoint, ID. Thu May 21 2026
