I recently purchased this infrared sauna & love it! The materials used, from the smooth wood paneling to the tempered glass doors, is very durability . It fits beautifully in my room corner. The radio hook up to my phone via blue tooth. It plays loud when connected to music. There is a book/ magazine rack. And a towel rack. Cleaning is very easy. Setup was straightforward , and the user manual was clear and helpful. It took 3 Adults to put it together. It arrived by freight and the pieces were large but packed securely. No broken pieces. Make sure that all of the cord are securely plugged or some of the heating panels may not work. It has a simple control panel, I can easily adjust the temperature outside and inside the sauna. It takes a while to heat so I preheat while working out. Its perfect for a post-workout relaxer. I did notice that the heat gets only up to 135 max not 140. This home sauna is an investment you won’t regret!. Nicole. Frisco, Texas. Thu Jul 03 2025

So far so good. It is really easy to put together, but needs at least 2 people if you don’t want to get frustrated. I have not used the Bluetooth yet so I can’t comment on that. It does take a while to heat up so be patient and turn it on early before you plan to get in. I really love having it and hope it’s enjoyed for a long time.. Lindsay. Birmingham, AL. Mon Jun 15 2026

This is one of the best purchases I've made in a LONG time. I love my home, but this sauna is now my favorite 'room' in the house. As others have said, it does require two sets of hands. For starters, you'll need two people to move the boxes to the desired location (they're VERY heavy). For the most part, one person can unpack the boxes and do the first several 'set up' steps. You'll only need the second pair of hands when you stand the 'walls' up. Tell the second person, you'll only need them for about 10 minutes of this part. After that, one person can finish on their own. As others have mentioned, it does take a full hour for it to get to 151 degrees. I typically turn it on and set it for an hour. For the first 20-30 minutes, I take a shower and turn off lights, brush my teeth, etc... by then the temp is between 120-130. I typically start sweating around 130 degrees. By the time the hour timer is up, it's between 145-150 degrees. I LOVE the color lights (I mainly use red) and the bluetooth speaker (I put my iPad outside the door and play Spotify or watch Hulu.). I'm deducting one start because one of the side panels doesn't create a tight seal at the base, and there's cool air coming in. No doubt, this is affecting how hot it gets and how fast. I put a towel there to block the air (I'm actually going to call customer service about this.). Kathryn. Atlanta, GA. Wed Feb 07 2024

What is a sauna? The benefits of a sauna. In a high-temperature environment, it can cause internal thermal effects in the deep skin, dilate the capillaries of the whole body, and greatly exceed normal activities. This kind of carefree sweating is conducive to discharging all kinds of garbage in the body and eliminating diseases. At the same time, due to repeated hot and cold steaming and washing, blood vessels are constantly contracting and expanding, which is called "vascular gymnastics" in sports physiology, which can enhance the elasticity of blood vessels and prevent arteriosclerosis. Sauna bath is carried out in a static high-temperature environment, which consumes subcutaneous fat through a lot of perspiration, making you lose weight easily in comfort. According to the test, a sauna for 10 minutes is equivalent to running for 10 kilometers, so it has the effect of bodybuilding and losing weight. In addition, when the body sweats a lot to eliminate subcutaneous dirt, it can improve the permeability of epidermal cells and activate cells, so it also has the effects of beauty and skincare and delaying aging. A far infrared sauna is also an ideal way to relieve pain and stress. It can promote blood circulation in damaged parts of the body and release stress. Now get a Kisrais sauna to enjoy all of the benefits!

Amazing Sauna. Well worth the money. It functions perfectly and set up was very simple. It gets hot quickly and maintains the heat. The wood smells fresh and is manufactured extremely well. I live in Canada and it only took two weeks for delivery. It came in three large boxes and was very heavy. They carried them into my backyard. A service and A in quality. The Bluetooth and speakers are impressive. The cup holders are a bonus. However youll need to put your drink in a Yeti to keep it cold because this sauna is HOT... Thank you Wayfair.. Lenny. Putting it together was the hardest part. It did come as delivered within the time they said once together it did take three people but once together everything worked unplugged in. It's a nice sauna for the money. after weeks outside the roofing started peeling up. So its not really built to be in the weather. Ron. Mon Jul 08 2024
