Love it!!! I paid $1500 to a general contractor to assemble it, took 7 hours and I paid $3500 to an electrician to run 220V to the back yard which took 6 hours. Still more than half the cost of the lowest price given at a local store here in San Diego. Great quality, gets as hot as advertised in about 15 minutes, but San Diego is never cold, so starting temp is always around 70 degrees. This was a great buy. The instructions were very helpful, use the app as well. I am mechanically and electrically savvy and this took me 9 hours start to finish including electrical work. This sauna arrived fast. It took a while to unpack and with a little ingenuity I was able to assemble it as one person. The size is a little smaller than expected. I would consider this a 3-4 person hot tub. There is no way 6 people are fitting in this without getting burned by the heater. The sauna itself is fine. The delivery was a NIGHTMARE! I ordered it on March 22. After weeks of waiting, I got a call from a lady an hour away from where the sauna was to be delivered saying it was dropped off in her yard. After calling the delivery company, I was told they would pick up the sauna from the wrong address and deliver it in two days. A week later, the sauna still had not arrived. After numerous calls to Wayfair and the delivery company, the pickup and delivery was rescheduled. On the day the delivery company was to pick up the sauna from the wrong address, I got a call from the delivery company who was very argumentative stating he dropped it off at the correct address. He said when he put the address in the GPS, it sent him to the address an hour away. I explained that the address provided was the correct address so I don't know why it would have sent him to the lady's house. He was very accusatory that he delivered it to the correct place to begin with. After two phone calls, he finally agrees to deliver it to the correct address.
