I'm very happy with this purchase. Sauna was delivered on time, well packaged and on a pallet. Three large boxes (largest weighed was about 170 pounds). I put this together myself however I strongly recommend that you have two people. Assembly took me about two hours but then again, I did it all by myself. Nice sauna! This sauna heats up to 140 in about 20 minutes. Large enough for two average size people. I hooked up the stereo to an Alexa Echo Dot and it works great. Only negative was that the width of the Sauna is not 47.25” as stated in the specs. The top is closer 49”. I put this into an existing 48” wide closet and to do that required some modification to the closet opening. My wife and I use this almost every night and we love it!. Jim. Warrensburg, MO. Boxes sat at delivery service which was only an hour away, for one week prior to delivery. Once schedule, delivery was as promised and crew was polite. Boxed well and safe.
