These saunas are constructed with the environment in mind which accounts for the efforts in using reforested Canadian hemlock wood. The walls are double-paneled and constructed with the thickest interior and exterior wood planks compared to others in the same industry. This all translates to a quality sauna that retains heat more efficiently, heats up faster, and wastes less energy. The far infrared carbon energy-efficient heating panels are 30% larger than saunas heated by ceramic tubes and penetrate skin 40% more to maximize therapeutic benefits. Unlike ceramic heaters, you will never have to replace carbon energy-efficient heating panels. The carbon energy-efficient panels also heat up 30% faster than saunas equipped with ceramic panels and 100% faster than rock and water steam saunas. The 4-person sauna is designed for ease of use and is an outstanding value. Enjoy the convenience of operating your sauna with the interior soft-touch control panel and led display featuring sauna temperature and time functions. This sauna is equipped with a reduced wattage floor and lower bench heater to allow the same benefits and treatment to your legs and feet without the burning sensation of other sauna manufacturers. Enjoy your sauna session with your favorite music through the sauna's built-in FM radio and mp3 auxiliary connection with speakers. This sauna enhances your sauna experience with the bonus feature of the chromotherapy (color therapy) lighting system. This sauna plugs into a dedicated 20 amp 110-volt outlet (please consult a certified electrician for replacing a 15 amp dedicated receptacle to an approved 20 amp dedicated receptacle and 20 amp breaker).

I researched the heck out of this purchase, and we couldn't be more pleased that we decided on this one! Delivery was quicker than promised, and the packages are very cleverly put together. We had three people for our assembly, and it went like a breeze. The most difficult part was finding the box of instructions and screws (which was at the very bottom of the LAST box we opened)! An indicator on the outside of the appropriate box - a red ribbon, or a message on the outside of the box - would solve this frustration. The clamps that hold the panels together are GENIUS, and the sauna was up and running in our pool house within hours (we unpacked in our barn, which was the staging area, and easily carried each panel as required into the pool house, some 30 yards distant). Heating took a matter of mere minutes, although we did find that the temperature fluctuates by about 5 degrees, throughout the course of a session. The quality, cedar scent, and penetrating heat are so restorative, and we even find we like the "mood" lighting, although I was dubious about this function, at first. We still haven't figured out how to use the MP3 player. The instructions are nothing short of incomprehensible, but we'll persevere (as other reviewers have). Although our sauna will predominantly be used by one or two of us at a time, the 4-person sauna was a good choice, as it allows greater ease of movement and comfort. This sauna is PERFECT in a pool house situation, as we use it the way saunas have historically been used by the Romans, indigenous people, etc. ... alternating between hot sauna and cold dips in the pool (which we swim in year-round, here in SC), but cold showers or a roll in the snow would have this same effect, in northern climes, or in the absence of a nearby pool or lake. Don't hesitate to purchase!. Beth. SC. Tue Jan 04 2022

The Watoga 2-4 people traditional cedar steam sauna is assembled using a ball-and-socket profile, held in place by stainless steel bands and minimal fasteners. The significance of this configuration is that it maintains a reliable seal while allowing the lumber to expand and contract. The entire unit is mounted on two polymer support cradles that lift the undercarriage of the sauna to keep it from coming in direct contact with any moisture on the ground.

This is an amazing sauna and great health and a fantastic addition to your self-care at home.. Anthony. Murrieta, CA. Sat Jul 18 2026

Leave the day at the door and step into a space made for you. From post-workout recovery to quiet evenings at home, every session becomes a chance to release the day's tension, clear your mind, and reconnect with yourself. A little warmth, a little quiet, and a moment that's entirely your own.

I’m so excited about this sauna! It doesn’t take up too much space, making it the perfect addition to the home gym I’m creating. I love all the features it comes with, especially the Bluetooth speakers, which have great sound quality and are super easy to connect to my phone or other devices. The variety of lighting options is another great feature and allows me to customize the atmosphere to my liking. The sauna also had a decent amount of space inside.. Cassie. Riverdale, GA. Step into wellness with our luxurious full-spectrum infrared sauna — crafted from 100% premium Canadian hemlock, heats up in just 15 minutes, medical-grade red light therapy, immersive resonance speakers, and the perfect vibe for your home gym sanctuary.

Absolutely love this sauna. I was all set to buy a much cheaper sauna and my husband said to splurge for the bigger one. As for it being a 2 person, that can depend on size of people. I myself don’t think it would be comfortable with 2 pp. heats up to 140 which is plenty hot for us. We can both comfortably stand in it. I’m 5ft 8 and my hubby is 6ft 2. I love that it has automatic shut off as well. That was a huge safety factor of mine. In case my teenagers were to try it out. Door seals well enough to keep heat in. As for the set up. Pretty straightforward took my son and husband an hour or so to unpack and lay out hardware. Totally recommend doing this. Husband ended up calling a buddy to help 2nd day, and they ended up with many leftovers that bothered me. At one point my husband attached side and forgot the trim. He tried talking me into not putting it on and I made him take off sides to install. Yup I was right would it have sealed properly without it. It’s not a 45 min set up for sure. Speaker is great. I mainly use the red light but all others are nice as well. Not sure what some were complaining about speaker being not good. Perhaps it was their WiFi? Even works great radio stations. I searched for several months and always seemed to compare with this one. So glad we pulled the trigger an opted for the more expensive one. In the end I think it was best. I do wish heat and timer buttons were easier to program. The heat button is sensitive and you gotta hit it on bottom left to increase the heat. Timer starts out at 30 min during heat up. I then have to add time to hit my 30 min. Time limit. Now….. I think for the price a sauna seat, backrest and sauna hats should be included as a bonus. Think about the health benefits and tell yourself your worth it because you are. Just not sure now if I sell with house in a few years or unassemble and move it with us. Will absolutely purchase again. Oh and finally make sure you tell delivery drivers where you want it put. It’s heavy for sure. Your worth it.. Sullivan. Jacksonville Beach Florida. Tue Aug 18 2026

When the 195ºF temperatures become too hot, cool off on the exterior benches before hopping back in. The Harvia 6kW electric heater can start heating up right away, or be delayed up to eight hours. The Sauna is great, my only issue comes from the shape of the sauna. The heat distribution is drastically different from top to bottom. If I were to purchase another sauna in the future I would opt for an upright. Vincent. Saugus, MA. Fri Jun 26 2026

Imagine stepping out of a long day, closing the solid hemlock door behind you, and feeling gentle far-infrared warmth penetrate deep into tired muscles—not the stifling, sweat-drenched heat of old-school saunas, but a soothing 6-15μm wavelength that feels like sunlight on a crisp morning. Within minutes your playlist flows through award-winning speakers, chromotherapy lights shift from calming blue to energizing amber, and you adjust the temperature without ever leaving the contoured backrest. This isn’t just a sauna; it’s your daily wellness sanctuary, engineered to fit into your home and life as seamlessly as it fits into your wellness routine.

Far-infrared saunas are an effective form of relaxation, detoxification, pain relief, and cardiovascular health. Their lower temperatures and more comfortable feel make them an ideal alternative for those who cannot tolerate the higher temperatures of traditional saunas. If you're looking for a relaxing and healing method that can be incorporated into your daily wellness routine, far-infrared saunas are undoubtedly worth considering. However, it's important to use them safely and in moderation.

Really excited about this sauna! Instructions were clear and assembly was very easy. Only took 1 person about an hour. No screws involved. It’s a smidgen shorter than I thought but really doesn’t matter. Since you are sitting in it anyway. Very pleased overall. It has a light inside. I recommend getting something to sit on as the bench is well a bench so not very comfortable. I actually set it up in my bedroom and it doesn’t take up a huge amount of space.. Amanda. I recently purchased this infrared sauna & love it! The materials used, from the smooth wood paneling to the tempered glass doors, is very durability . It fits beautifully in my room corner. The radio hook up to my phone via blue tooth. It plays loud when connected to music. There is a book/ magazine rack. And a towel rack. Cleaning is very easy. Setup was straightforward , and the user manual was clear and helpful. It took 3 Adults to put it together. It arrived by freight and the pieces were large but packed securely. No broken pieces. Make sure that all of the cord are securely plugged or some of the heating panels may not work. It has a simple control panel, I can easily adjust the temperature outside and inside the sauna. It takes a while to heat so I preheat while working out. Its perfect for a post-workout relaxer. I did notice that the heat gets only up to 135 max not 140. This home sauna is an investment you won’t regret!. Nicole. Frisco, Texas. Thu Jul 03 2025
