This sauna is amazing. Not sure why I didn't buy one sooner. Only took my husband 20 minutes to put together after we had unpackaged everything. Takes a good half hour to heat up to 125 degrees. Not big enough for 2 people.. Amy. Blanchardville, WI. Sat Jun 13 2026

I researched the heck out of this purchase, and we couldn't be more pleased that we decided on this one! Delivery was quicker than promised, and the packages are very cleverly put together. We had three people for our assembly, and it went like a breeze. The most difficult part was finding the box of instructions and screws (which was at the very bottom of the LAST box we opened)! An indicator on the outside of the appropriate box - a red ribbon, or a message on the outside of the box - would solve this frustration. The clamps that hold the panels together are GENIUS, and the sauna was up and running in our pool house within hours (we unpacked in our barn, which was the staging area, and easily carried each panel as required into the pool house, some 30 yards distant). Heating took a matter of mere minutes, although we did find that the temperature fluctuates by about 5 degrees, throughout the course of a session. The quality, cedar scent, and penetrating heat are so restorative, and we even find we like the "mood" lighting, although I was dubious about this function, at first. We still haven't figured out how to use the MP3 player. The instructions are nothing short of incomprehensible, but we'll persevere (as other reviewers have). Although our sauna will predominantly be used by one or two of us at a time, the 4-person sauna was a good choice, as it allows greater ease of movement and comfort. This sauna is PERFECT in a pool house situation, as we use it the way saunas have historically been used by the Romans, indigenous people, etc. ... alternating between hot sauna and cold dips in the pool (which we swim in year-round, here in SC), but cold showers or a roll in the snow would have this same effect, in northern climes, or in the absence of a nearby pool or lake. Don't hesitate to purchase!. Beth. SC. Tue Jan 04 2022

I recently purchased this infrared sauna & love it! The materials used, from the smooth wood paneling to the tempered glass doors, is very durability . It fits beautifully in my room corner. The radio hook up to my phone via blue tooth. It plays loud when connected to music. There is a book/ magazine rack. And a towel rack. Cleaning is very easy. Setup was straightforward , and the user manual was clear and helpful. It took 3 Adults to put it together. It arrived by freight and the pieces were large but packed securely. No broken pieces. Make sure that all of the cord are securely plugged or some of the heating panels may not work. It has a simple control panel, I can easily adjust the temperature outside and inside the sauna. It takes a while to heat so I preheat while working out. Its perfect for a post-workout relaxer. I did notice that the heat gets only up to 135 max not 140. This home sauna is an investment you won’t regret!. Nicole. Frisco, Texas. Thu Jul 03 2025

Sauna was delivered on time and came in 3 big packages, but all wrapped together nicely. Packaging was done well to protect the packages. I had to open the packages in order to carry the individual pieces in to my basement. Set up was relatively easy, but does take two people as one person needs to hold pieces up while the other person gets the next piece. Setup took me only about 30 - 45 mins. I have the 4 person sauna so did need a dedicated 20amp outlet. Plugged all the cords in and everything worked like a charm! Control panel is easy to use and sauna works as expected! The one thing that could make it better... the control panel is inside the sauna. I wish their were a control panel on the outside as well. Then you could turn on the sauna from outside, rather than having to go inside the sauna to get it started up. Having a panel on the outside would also allow you to see what the temperature was inside while it's heating up. Definitely not affecting my use of the sauna, would just be a nice to have. After a week and a half of use I'm loving my sauna sessions!. Dale. Wisconsin. Mon Dec 16 2024

This is one of the best purchases I've made in a LONG time. I love my home, but this sauna is now my favorite 'room' in the house. As others have said, it does require two sets of hands. For starters, you'll need two people to move the boxes to the desired location (they're VERY heavy). For the most part, one person can unpack the boxes and do the first several 'set up' steps. You'll only need the second pair of hands when you stand the 'walls' up. Tell the second person, you'll only need them for about 10 minutes of this part. After that, one person can finish on their own. As others have mentioned, it does take a full hour for it to get to 151 degrees. I typically turn it on and set it for an hour. For the first 20-30 minutes, I take a shower and turn off lights, brush my teeth, etc... by then the temp is between 120-130. I typically start sweating around 130 degrees. By the time the hour timer is up, it's between 145-150 degrees. I LOVE the color lights (I mainly use red) and the bluetooth speaker (I put my iPad outside the door and play Spotify or watch Hulu.). I'm deducting one start because one of the side panels doesn't create a tight seal at the base, and there's cool air coming in. No doubt, this is affecting how hot it gets and how fast. I put a towel there to block the air (I'm actually going to call customer service about this.). Kathryn. Atlanta, GA. Wed Feb 07 2024

Build quality is good. Works as advertised. Massive amount of trash after assembly but that’s the price to pay for shipping such a large item. Only complaint is the relatively low quality speaker/ancient looking mp3 player, but it gets the job done.. David. Holt, MI. Wed Apr 23 2025

Package came without the remote to control the lights, cannot get in contact with the seller to o get one. The unit itself is great, well made.. Lisa. AL. Fri Dec 31 2021

Amazing sauna!!! My son and I put it together in less that 3 hours (unboxing, relocating to my lower level office, and putting it together and cleaning up the packaging). The glass front panel is VERY heavy, but other than that it was a breeze. It heats up to the max temp of 150 in 15-25 minutes. Love the chromotherapy lights, the speakers work great, not hi-fi or anything, but great for watching tv or music. I have my smart tv right outside and connect the sound to the sauna speakers and it works great! Watching tv and relaxing as I write this review ❤️❤️. Tracey. Plainfield, IL. Thu Mar 14 2024

Is pretty nice once assembled. The control panel is difficult to install you need an electrician to be able to figure it out. It should come already pre-install.. Kiomara. Miami, FL. Tue Nov 17 2020

Very nice sauna. Zero difficulties assembling. It will take two people, but everything lines up and fits nicely. Instructions are easy to follow. We have been using this sauna for six months now and we love it. Got the three-person so my wife and I could sit in it together without feeling claustrophobic, good move! The back rests are also a good addition. Heats up fast and she loves the lighting features. Excellent value, no regrets!. Anonymous. IL. Mon Apr 20 2026

I've seen some reviews stating that it did not get hot enough. It gets pleeeenty hot. See pic It's been everything that was wanted and then some. There was a bit of a pinch during assembly where one panel latch would not secure. The panes was off by less than 1/4 inch which made it a bit of a challenge. But I was able to resolve it.. M.
