Really excited about this sauna! Instructions were clear and assembly was very easy. Only took 1 person about an hour. No screws involved. It’s a smidgen shorter than I thought but really doesn’t matter. Since you are sitting in it anyway. Very pleased overall. It has a light inside. I researched the heck out of this purchase, and we couldn't be more pleased that we decided on this one! Delivery was quicker than promised, and the packages are very cleverly put together. We had three people for our assembly, and it went like a breeze. The most difficult part was finding the box of instructions and screws (which was at the very bottom of the LAST box we opened)! An indicator on the outside of the appropriate box - a red ribbon, or a message on the outside of the box - would solve this frustration. The clamps that hold the panels together are GENIUS, and the sauna was up and running in our pool house within hours (we unpacked in our barn, which was the staging area, and easily carried each panel as required into the pool house, some 30 yards distant). Heating took a matter of mere minutes, although we did find that the temperature fluctuates by about 5 degrees, throughout the course of a session. The quality, cedar scent, and penetrating heat are so restorative, and we even find we like the "mood" lighting, although I was dubious about this function, at first. We still haven't figured out how to use the MP3 player. The instructions are nothing short of incomprehensible, but we'll persevere (as other reviewers have). Although our sauna will predominantly be used by one or two of us at a time, the 4-person sauna was a good choice, as it allows greater ease of movement and comfort. This sauna is PERFECT in a pool house situation, as we use it the way saunas have historically been used by the Romans, indigenous people, etc. ... alternating between hot sauna and cold dips in the pool (which we swim in year-round, here in SC), but cold showers or a roll in the snow would have this same effect, in northern climes, or in the absence of a nearby pool or lake. Don't hesitate to purchase!. Beth. SC. Tue Jan 04 2022

Absolutely love this sauna. I was all set to buy a much cheaper sauna and my husband said to splurge for the bigger one. As for it being a 2 person, that can depend on size of people. I myself don’t think it would be comfortable with 2 pp. heats up to 140 which is plenty hot for us. We can both comfortably stand in it. I’m 5ft 8 and my hubby is 6ft 2. I love that it has automatic shut off as well. That was a huge safety factor of mine. In case my teenagers were to try it out. Door seals well enough to keep heat in. As for the set up. Pretty straightforward took my son and husband an hour or so to unpack and lay out hardware. Totally recommend doing this. Husband ended up calling a buddy to help 2nd day, and they ended up with many leftovers that bothered me. At one point my husband attached side and forgot the trim. He tried talking me into not putting it on and I made him take off sides to install. Yup I was right would it have sealed properly without it. It’s not a 45 min set up for sure. Speaker is great. I mainly use the red light but all others are nice as well. Not sure what some were complaining about speaker being not good. Perhaps it was their WiFi? Even works great radio stations. I searched for several months and always seemed to compare with this one. So glad we pulled the trigger an opted for the more expensive one. In the end I think it was best. I do wish heat and timer buttons were easier to program. The heat button is sensitive and you gotta hit it on bottom left to increase the heat. Timer starts out at 30 min during heat up. I then have to add time to hit my 30 min. Time limit. Now….. I think for the price a sauna seat, backrest and sauna hats should be included as a bonus. Think about the health benefits and tell yourself your worth it because you are. Just not sure now if I sell with house in a few years or unassemble and move it with us. Will absolutely purchase again. Oh and finally make sure you tell delivery drivers where you want it put. It’s heavy for sure. Your worth it.. Sullivan. Jacksonville Beach Florida. Wed Aug 19 2026

Far-infrared saunas are an effective form of relaxation, detoxification, pain relief, and cardiovascular health. Their lower temperatures and more comfortable feel make them an ideal alternative for those who cannot tolerate the higher temperatures of traditional saunas. If you're looking for a relaxing and healing method that can be incorporated into your daily wellness routine, far-infrared saunas are undoubtedly worth considering. Combined these great features produce the ultimate sauna experience to soothe the mind, body, and spirit. The sauna plugs into any 20 amp 120-volt outlet so no special wiring is required (the Dedicated circuit is recommended). The sauna can be installed anywhere indoors, even on carpet.

I love this sauna and the bluetooth speakers! I use it every morning. When I wake up and turn it on, my phone connects automatically to BT Audio and I listen to music while I'm in the sauna. It is so awesome! You will need special outlet and wiring for this 3-person sauna. It requires a 20 amp breaker too. It took three adults to assemble the sauna in my home. It was really easy to hold up the walls and snap it together with three people. The temperature can be set to 150 degrees but it only heats up to 136. I thought this was a defect so I called the manufacturer and they confirmed that this is the expected outcome.. Stacy. Athens, AL. Mon Dec 06 2021

Love the sauna! Was easy to put together, I did the assembly myself except for I needed a 2nd set of hands to help with the placement of the top. My only complaint isn’t about the sauna, just the time that it took to finally have the sauna delivered. I paid for the sauna for a whole month before it was finally delivered. Wayfair shipped on time but it sat at the shipper for 20+ days waiting to be delivered and could not get a response from the shipping company.. Brenda. Pocahontas, IA. Sat Feb 21 2026

I recently purchased this infrared sauna & love it! The materials used, from the smooth wood paneling to the tempered glass doors, is very durability . It fits beautifully in my room corner. The radio hook up to my phone via blue tooth. It plays loud when connected to music. There is a book/ magazine rack. And a towel rack. Cleaning is very easy. Setup was straightforward , and the user manual was clear and helpful. It took 3 Adults to put it together. It arrived by freight and the pieces were large but packed securely. No broken pieces. Make sure that all of the cord are securely plugged or some of the heating panels may not work. It has a simple control panel, I can easily adjust the temperature outside and inside the sauna. It takes a while to heat so I preheat while working out. Its perfect for a post-workout relaxer. I did notice that the heat gets only up to 135 max not 140. Update** Took about 90 minutes to put together! Works great. Heats up to about 140 degrees which is plenty hot! Love the 2 Bluetooth speakers too!! There was a pretty good size gouge in the box - probably due to fork lift - which left a pretty good size mark on the outside panel on the left side of the sauna. Not sure it will be noticeable once we put it together. Will update review after we put it together to see. Have not used this yet - looking forward to it though.. Lora. North Canton, OH.
