This is a nice one person sauna perfect for a home gym. It gets hot by two rods on the sides of the sauna and that can get pretty hot by your leg. Other than that it is a great small sauna, could probably fit 2 small people in. Has bluetooth to hook up your phone or music. Love it!. Alisha. Springfield, IL. Thu Oct 01 2026

Indulge in a rejuvenating spa experience at home with our portable steam sauna, available in single and double-person sizes. Quick to assemble, it includes a steamer, folding chair, and remote control for easy use. Ideal for relaxation, detox, and improved circulation, it’s perfect for small spaces.

Really pleased with the value and easy set up of this sauna. It came with the IR lamp as advertised (despite another review to contrary). Heats up fast enough and seems hot but I'm waiting to receive a thermometer to confirm temp and humidity. Might be nice if it were a bit larger to stretch legs (I'm 6ft) but then it would be slower to warm up and maintain heat.. Scott. GA. Sun Aug 30 2026

I researched the heck out of this purchase, and we couldn't be more pleased that we decided on this one! Delivery was quicker than promised, and the packages are very cleverly put together. We had three people for our assembly, and it went like a breeze. The most difficult part was finding the box of instructions and screws (which was at the very bottom of the LAST box we opened)! An indicator on the outside of the appropriate box - a red ribbon, or a message on the outside of the box - would solve this frustration. The clamps that hold the panels together are GENIUS, and the sauna was up and running in our pool house within hours (we unpacked in our barn, which was the staging area, and easily carried each panel as required into the pool house, some 30 yards distant). Heating took a matter of mere minutes, although we did find that the temperature fluctuates by about 5 degrees, throughout the course of a session. The quality, cedar scent, and penetrating heat are so restorative, and we even find we like the "mood" lighting, although I was dubious about this function, at first. We still haven't figured out how to use the MP3 player. The instructions are nothing short of incomprehensible, but we'll persevere (as other reviewers have). Although our sauna will predominantly be used by one or two of us at a time, the 4-person sauna was a good choice, as it allows greater ease of movement and comfort. This sauna is PERFECT in a pool house situation, as we use it the way saunas have historically been used by the Romans, indigenous people, etc. ... alternating between hot sauna and cold dips in the pool (which we swim in year-round, here in SC), but cold showers or a roll in the snow would have this same effect, in northern climes, or in the absence of a nearby pool or lake. Don't hesitate to purchase!. Beth. SC. Tue Jan 04 2022

Absolutely love this sauna. I was all set to buy a much cheaper sauna and my husband said to splurge for the bigger one. As for it being a 2 person, that can depend on size of people. I myself don’t think it would be comfortable with 2 pp. heats up to 140 which is plenty hot for us. We can both comfortably stand in it. I’m 5ft 8 and my hubby is 6ft 2. I love that it has automatic shut off as well. That was a huge safety factor of mine. In case my teenagers were to try it out. Door seals well enough to keep heat in. As for the set up. Pretty straightforward took my son and husband an hour or so to unpack and lay out hardware. Totally recommend doing this. Husband ended up calling a buddy to help 2nd day, and they ended up with many leftovers that bothered me. At one point my husband attached side and forgot the trim. He tried talking me into not putting it on and I made him take off sides to install. Yup I was right would it have sealed properly without it. It’s not a 45 min set up for sure. Speaker is great. I mainly use the red light but all others are nice as well. Not sure what some were complaining about speaker being not good. Perhaps it was their WiFi? Even works great radio stations. I searched for several months and always seemed to compare with this one. So glad we pulled the trigger an opted for the more expensive one. In the end I think it was best. I do wish heat and timer buttons were easier to program. The heat button is sensitive and you gotta hit it on bottom left to increase the heat. Timer starts out at 30 min during heat up. I then have to add time to hit my 30 min. Time limit. Now….. I think for the price a sauna seat, backrest and sauna hats should be included as a bonus. Think about the health benefits and tell yourself your worth it because you are. Just not sure now if I sell with house in a few years or unassemble and move it with us. Will absolutely purchase again. Oh and finally make sure you tell delivery drivers where you want it put. It’s heavy for sure. Your worth it.. Sullivan. Jacksonville Beach Florida. Tue Aug 18 2026

Beyond thrilled to have a home sauna. This only took us approximately 30 minutes to completely assemble (2 people are definitely needed to hold things in place.) the wood itself smells beautiful. The Bluetooth speakers are incredibly clear and it’s wonderful to be able to sit and listen to an audio book. The sauna itself took about 20 minutes to reach 145 degrees. The timer function works nicely. I will say that the temperature drops very quickly if you open the door. Overall it has been a great addition to our home gym area. Aalso! If you are tall, this may be a bit of a tight squeeze. It’s smaller inside than anticipated but overall it is perfect for my husband and I.. Sarah. Huntersville, NC. Wed Oct 21 2026

Really excited about this sauna! Instructions were clear and assembly was very easy. Only took 1 person about an hour. No screws involved. It’s a smidgen shorter than I thought but really doesn’t matter. Since you are sitting in it anyway. Very pleased overall. It has a light inside. I recommend getting something to sit on as the bench is well a bench so not very comfortable. I actually set it up in my bedroom and it doesn’t take up a huge amount of space.. Amanda. Update** Took about 90 minutes to put together! Works great. Heats up to about 140 degrees which is plenty hot! Love the 2 Bluetooth speakers too!! There was a pretty good size gouge in the box - probably due to fork lift - which left a pretty good size mark on the outside panel on the left side of the sauna. Not sure it will be noticeable once we put it together. Will update review after we put it together to see. Have not used this yet - looking forward to it though.. Lora. North Canton, OH. These products are constructed with the environment in mind which accounts for the efforts. This all translates to a quality sauna that retains heat more efficiently, heats up faster, and wastes less energy. The heating panels are 30% larger than saunas heated by tubes and penetrate skin 40% more to maximize therapeutic benefits. Unlike ceramic heaters, you will never have to replace this product. This product also heats up 30% faster than saunas equipped with panels and 100% faster than rock and water steam saunas. The 2-person sauna is designed for ease of use and is an outstanding value. Every sauna is equipped with a reduced wattage floor and lower bench heater to allow the same benefits and treatment to your legs and feet without the burning sensation of other sauna manufacturers. This sauna enhances your sauna experience with the bonus feature of the Chromotherapy (color therapy) lighting system. This sauna plugs into any dedicated 15 amp 120-volt outlet so no special wiring is required and it may be installed on carpet and at any indoor location including the basement, garage, master bath, or walk-in closet.

I recently purchased this infrared sauna & love it! The materials used, from the smooth wood paneling to the tempered glass doors, is very durability . It fits beautifully in my room corner. The radio hook up to my phone via blue tooth. It plays loud when connected to music. There is a book/ magazine rack. And a towel rack. Cleaning is very easy. Setup was straightforward , and the user manual was clear and helpful. It took 3 Adults to put it together. It arrived by freight and the pieces were large but packed securely. No broken pieces. Make sure that all of the cord are securely plugged or some of the heating panels may not work. It has a simple control panel, I can easily adjust the temperature outside and inside the sauna. It takes a while to heat so I preheat while working out. Its perfect for a post-workout relaxer. I did notice that the heat gets only up to 135 max not 140. This home sauna is an investment you won’t regret!. Nicole. Frisco, Texas. Thu Jul 03 2025
