I found the outside shell was very hard to stretch over the frame. I had an inch where the tarp/shell of sauna would not cover the frame. I had to pull so hard on the zipper and cover, the zipper broke on me. Nothing was going to be able to repair the sauna. I threw it away. In the future, I think I will get just a pop up one for me. This is a great steamer. It is great for one person, 2 is ok but 3 is an absolute NO! The “chairs” that come with it are literally toddler beach chairs. So tiny and low to the ground. An adult would not sit in them. Definitely buy your own waterproof bench. Just measure to make sure it fits. Everything else is great. Easy and quick to set up. The cords on the 2 steamers are short so you may need to use an extension cord. But they automatically shut off when water runs out and they only go up to 45 mins. You will need to get batteries for the remotes as well. (The flat batteries). Over all I gave it a 4 because the chairs are ridiculous, the cords on the boilers are short, and the plastic thing that the steam comes out of could be better quality.
