So let me tell you why I absolutely love this coffee pot. I was expecting it to be a little heavy however it is so light when I pulled it out of the box I thought something was missing because of how light it was compared to my 5 cup pot. All the features work perfectly and it gives me that perfect cup with every pour. Now please pay attention you must keep in mind when using the strong button feature it will not make the number of cups you have it set for. Water is left. I learned because I put 6 cups of water in and I wanted it to be strong and when it finished I noticed it had only made 4 cups. Great product. Rhonda White-lee. Glen Head. Fri Oct 09 2026

Can’t live without it. Hot or cold, small or large. It’s an easy 3 step process and I love it! I suggest not using tap water to avoid hard water rings around the basin; spring or filtered water is best. I also suggest gently washing the water basin. Scrubbing with an abrasive sponge or wire pads will cause scratches on the plastic. I’ve had it for a few years and use it religiously everyday and it’s still brewing strong. It was a great investment.. Dorothy. Bear, DE. Wed Jul 15 2026

The Hamilton Beach 12 Cup Brew Station coffee maker offers convenient one-hand dispensing without a conventional glass carafe. There's no pouring or spills, and nothing fragile to break and replace. No matter how much you try, it’s impossible to get freshly brewed flavor from coffee that’s been sitting on a hot plate too long. That’s why Ion was created, the only coffeemaker that keeps coffee tasting fresh for up to four hours. This best-selling coffee maker works just like a traditional, automatic drip brewer, but with a notable difference: it brews into an internal tank instead of a carafe. This innovation in brewing technology is what will make your last cup taste just as fresh as the first. An internal heater keeps coffee at the perfect temperature for up to four hours, so you can refuel with a fresh, hot cup throughout your morning. And with no glass carafe, you have nothing fragile to break and replace. Instead, you can easily pour a cup with the one-handed simplicity of a dispensing bar. The BrewStation lets you customize your cup with brewing options like bold, regular, small batches, and even iced coffee. The internal tank and brew basket are both remove for easy fill-up and cleaning.

The stainless steel pot with contemporary matte-black exterior brews 4 to 12 cups of piping hot coffee, then keeps it hot automatically. The pot lifts from the power base for cord-free pouring. This timeless percolator process brews a perfect pot of coffee! As the water heats, it rises up through the perk tube and spreads evenly over the grounds. Unlike other methods, the coffee percolates and recirculates multiple times for a more aromatic, intense coffee. You can even monitor the brewing progress through the glass cover. A signal light illuminates when the coffee is ready to serve. With stainless steel construction, including the perk tube and basket, cleanup is a breeze. The power cord wraps in the base for compact storage.
