So let me tell you why I absolutely love this coffee pot. I was expecting it to be a little heavy however it is so light when I pulled it out of the box I thought something was missing because of how light it was compared to my 5 cup pot. All the features work perfectly and it gives me that perfect cup with every pour. Now please pay attention you must keep in mind when using the strong button feature it will not make the number of cups you have it set for. Water is left. I learned because I put 6 cups of water in and I wanted it to be strong and when it finished I noticed it had only made 4 cups. Great product. Rhonda White-lee. Glen Head. Fri Oct 09 2026

Really good coffee maker! Consistently makes good coffee on the gold setting and the bluetooth features are really nice! Only complaint is that the water reservoir doesnt come off on the model I have, which makes it hard to clean out. Also after 2 years the clock LED has begun to fail. Otherwise it has served us well.. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have the white Cafe appliances and splurged on a new coffee maker. The design and functionality is elegant, but why would you put a black cord on an all white coffee machine? It’s the only small appliance that sits on our white quartz countertop and the cord sticks out like a sore thumb! Coffee maker brews coffee quickly and tastes delicious. We also like the temperature control so we can enjoy a perfect warm cup of coffee without waiting for it to cool down. I would have given it a five star rating had it been better thought out with a white cord design. If you’re not going to change the color then please picture it accurately with the cord, as I don’t see it currently pictured in any of your advertisements.. Klein. Wichita Kansas. Sat Oct 10 2026

This 10-cup coffee maker combines a built-in grinder with direct-drop design for cleaner, more flavorful brewing. Adjustable grind size and strength let you customize every cup, while the smart touchscreen and 24-hour timer make morning routines effortless. Descaling alert and power-off memory ensure long-term performance, and the 2-hour keep-warm function keeps coffee hot. Large 1.5L water tank and 220g bean hopper brew up to 10 cups – perfect for families and entertaining.

Really love this coffee machine! It’s the perfect size for our countertop and doesn’t take up as much space as other machines. The grinder at the top works well with the different beans we’ve tried. For us at least, there was a bit of a learning curve when setting it up and figuring out all the different features. We definitely had to rely on the manual to understand the settings, so wish it were a little more intuitive. Also agree with another reviewer that having the water reservoir in the back is annoying. It makes it harder to refill and see how much water is left. Overall though, we’ve tried a few different settings and have been happy with the coffee so far. We’re still figuring out the warming feature, but overall, it’s a really good machine. Also, shout-out to the company’s customer service. Our first machine arrived damaged, and they sent a replacement right away, which we really appreciated!. Heena. Washington, Dc. Sun Oct 11 2026

Well packaged - and all parts accounted for. Looks very sleek… touch screen. It’s a little big - the grinder is enough for a few cups of coffee. The milk frother is detached- you have to connect a tube to use it. I guess it’s a nice option if you don’t need it - easier for cleaning too. It’s a little loud in my opinion but I have no other to compare it to. Not sure if other machines are “quiet.” I like how every component can be removed to clean. Made a cappuccino and it’s not bad - cheaper than Starbucks!. Katie. Etters, PA. Mon Sep 07 2026
