Sleek look with easy operation at an affordable price! Ive always loved the flavor of coffee made from fresh ground beans but hate using a separate grinder. This is my second all in one and have no complaints other than wishing the hopper was a bit bigger.. Tyson. Astoria, NY. Mon Oct 05 2026

The KBGT is ideal for those who typically brew a full carafe and are looking for the most straightforward process – add your coffee grounds and water, then flip the switch on. The brew basket automatically stops the flow of coffee when removing the carafe. Our double-walled, stainless steel thermal carafe will keep coffee hot for up to an hour – or even longer with the included travel lid.

Would've liked to have a 12 cups capacity. Not necessarily a problem, just a small inconvenience. I also have a feeling that not all of the grounds are getting immersed equally - the ones at the back look dryer than the rest, so I usually stir them a little with a teaspoon, just to make sure :)) Otherwise the water gets hot very quickly, and the lack of plastics shedding in the coffee makes everything way better.. Technivorm is the manufacturer of the original, authentic, premium quality Moccamaster coffee brewers and grinders. All Moccamaster products are handmade in the heart of the Netherlands and granted the European coffee brewing center's (ECB) seal of approval, meeting their strict quality guidelines, and certified by the specialty coffee associations of America and Europe (SCAA/SCAE). The philosophy of Moccamaster's inventor, Gerard c. Smit, to produce long-lasting, reliable, energy-efficient, and recyclable products has guided the handmade production of every Moccamaster for more than 50 years, offering a sustainable choice! Moccamaster, a knowledgeable customer service, and repair technician team, manufactured with the highest quality parts available today, and of course, where plastic is used, it's BPA/BPS/BPF and phthalate-free! This should be the last coffee brewer you'll ever buy, one that should last a lifetime, when cleaned and descaled properly. You may ask – “what's important when searching for that complex, clean, crisp, fully infused, flavorful cup of coffee?” certainly coffee quality, grind, and formula play an important role, as does the fresh water quality, but ultimately, it’s the brewing method that plays the all-important final role! They suggest these are the key elements when searching for a coffeemaker. Moccamasters incorporate a powerful and energy-efficient copper heating element with an automatic shut-off when the brewing process is complete, a precise coffee-water saturation time (4-6 minutes), and an independent 2-phase hot-plate element that maintains the correct holding temperature (175°-185° f) for 100 minutes (although they recommend consumption within 30-minutes). Moccamaster brewers are designed scientifically to naturally brew with an ultra-precise, pre-immersion drip-style system, which creates a natural pulse action process creating the perfect coffee bloom process.

The Hamilton Beach® Programmable Front-Fill 12 Cup Coffee Maker with Thermal Carafe keeps coffee hot for up to 4 hours. The thermal carafe holds in coffee's heat, so there's no need for a hot plate and the coffee maker will turn off right after brewing.

Giving the Hamilton Beach coffee maker w/thermal carafe a 4 star/5. It loses one star as it is prone to drip when pouring from the carafe into a cup and the fact that the water filter is almost impossible to insert into the bottom of the resevoir as the handle to insert it is way too short. I did send a comment to HB directly asking them to correct this issue.. Sharon. Bible Hill, NS. Thu Apr 16 2026
