I’m really happy with this espresso machine! I’ve been using it at home and honestly love it. It’s simple to use, heats up pretty quickly, and the coffee comes out really good with a nice crema on top. I also love the steam wand because I can froth my milk and make lattes at home. It took me a little practice to get the hang of it, but once I did, it was pretty easy. Another plus is how nice it looks on my counter. It has a clean, modern look without being too big or taking up a ton of space. It also feels sturdy and well made. So far, I have no complaints. Works well. The fill tank doesn't empty all the way though. It can be removed to empty it if you wish. We let it in because of the amount of times we use it. I used this coffee maker about 2 weeks and the grind and brew stopped working. I called Ivation directly but we could not resolve the problem. Then it started working again the next day.
