The coffee team gs uses the same solid steel conical burrs as found in high-end automatic coffee machines. The slow grinding of the burrs imparts minimal heat, preserving more aroma than blade grinding for a finer, more uniform grind. The coffee team gs lets you program the amount of coffee to grind: choose from 2, 4, 6, 8, or 10 cups and select mild, regular, or strong. I’m really happy with this espresso machine! I’ve been using it at home and honestly love it. It’s simple to use, heats up pretty quickly, and the coffee comes out really good with a nice crema on top. I also love the steam wand because I can froth my milk and make lattes at home. It took me a little practice to get the hang of it, but once I did, it was pretty easy. Another plus is how nice it looks on my counter. It has a clean, modern look without being too big or taking up a ton of space. It also feels sturdy and well made. So far, I have no complaints. purchased this coffee maker for personal use at home rather than for an office, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The machine is well-built, easy to use once it’s set up, and it consistently brews excellent coffee. Every cup comes out rich, hot, and full of flavor—honestly some of the best coffee I’ve had from a home machine. The only downside is that the owner’s manual isn’t very helpful when it comes to the initial setup. The instructions could definitely be clearer. However, if you take your time and work through it carefully, it’s absolutely possible to get everything configured correctly. Once it’s up and running, it’s been reliable and performs beautifully. Even though it’s marketed for commercial use, it works wonderfully as a personal in-home coffee maker. Works well. The fill tank doesn't empty all the way though. It can be removed to empty it if you wish. We let it in because of the amount of times we use it. I used this coffee maker about 2 weeks and the grind and brew stopped working. I called Ivation directly but we could not resolve the problem. Then it started working again the next day.
