This little espresso machine works wonderfully. It took some time and practice on the steamer arm but once I got it down my latte is every bit as tasty as Starbucks. This machine is reasonably priced and is small which is an added benefit for my small kitchen space. I am going to purchase two small stainless steamer cups (also on Wayfair) as right now I am using a small ceramic dish (ramikin). Directions indicate to run water through first before loading the machine so everything is hot and the parts heat up. This works! I do wonder on the measuring scoop how many grams it us as it does not indicate in the manual and one cup should be 12g and two cup 16g. This is a fun little machine. purchased this coffee maker for personal use at home rather than for an office, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The machine is well-built, easy to use once it’s set up, and it consistently brews excellent coffee. Every cup comes out rich, hot, and full of flavor—honestly some of the best coffee I’ve had from a home machine. The only downside is that the owner’s manual isn’t very helpful when it comes to the initial setup. The instructions could definitely be clearer. However, if you take your time and work through it carefully, it’s absolutely possible to get everything configured correctly. Once it’s up and running, it’s been reliable and performs beautifully. Even though it’s marketed for commercial use, it works wonderfully as a personal in-home coffee maker. I used this coffee maker about 2 weeks and the grind and brew stopped working. I called Ivation directly but we could not resolve the problem. Then it started working again the next day.
