I used this coffee maker about 2 weeks and the grind and brew stopped working. I called Ivation directly but we could not resolve the problem. Then it started working again the next day. Every cup comes out rich, hot, and full of flavor—honestly some of the best coffee I’ve had from a home machine. The only downside is that the owner’s manual isn’t very helpful when it comes to the initial setup. The instructions could definitely be clearer. However, if you take your time and work through it carefully, it’s absolutely possible to get everything configured correctly. Once it’s up and running, it’s been reliable and performs beautifully. Even though it’s marketed for commercial use, it works wonderfully as a personal in-home coffee maker.
