I was very impressed with the packaging of this coffee maker. Everything was packed securely, with very little chance of anything breaking during transit. When I opened the box, I was immediately happy with the color. It is a true, neutral grey that fits beautifully with my kitchen decor. This little espresso machine works wonderfully. It took some time and practice on the steamer arm but once I got it down my latte is every bit as tasty as Starbucks. This machine is reasonably priced and is small which is an added benefit for my small kitchen space. I am going to purchase two small stainless steamer cups (also on Wayfair) as right now I am using a small ceramic dish (ramikin). Directions indicate to run water through first before loading the machine so everything is hot and the parts heat up. This works! I do wonder on the measuring scoop how many grams it us as it does not indicate in the manual and one cup should be 12g and two cup 16g. This is a fun little machine. This product is easy to use right out of the box. There’s two baskets for the single cup side so you can brew with grounds or a k-cup. I’ve used both and both work well. There are ridges in the water basin so you can brew small to large cups. The traditional multi-cup pot side is pretty standard with a mesh filter basket and pour in feature. When you hit brew on either side, it takes a minute to heat the water before it starts coming out but you can hear it so you know it’s doing something.
