Life-changing toilet if you are tall! I got the white version. Its hard to use any other toilet now. I also love the lo-flo aspect. It uses much less water. We love the skirted seamless look in the new toilet. I took off one star because the "tornado" flush is pretty slow. I was expecting a fast/whooshing style of water flow, but looks like the low-flow water saving features of this particular toilet means the water comes out at a lower speed? Overall, we’re very happy with the upgrade. It is noticeably easier to clean compared to lower-end toilets, and it flushes efficiently—usually just one flush is enough. It also runs much quieter, which we really appreciate. We’ve also noticed that stains don’t build up as easily in the bowl compared to cheaper models. The design is sleek and the height is more comfortable, especially for adults or taller users. We paired it with a bidet seat, which makes it even better. Shipping and packaging were excellent. Everything arrived well-protected, with no cracks or damage. It did come in multiple boxes and the pieces are quite heavy, so it helps to be organized when unpacking. Customer service from both Wayfair and the manufacturer has been responsive and helpful when we had questions. Although it costs more upfront, we feel it’s worth it in the long run. We expect it to last many years (at least a decade), and it also helps reduce water usage since one flush is usually enough. This toilet feels like a budget version compared to the one I replaced. I do like that it uses less water than my old one and the overall sleeker look is nice. The lower seat height is also more comfortable for me personally, but the actual feel of the seat could use some improvement, especially if you tend to stay seated for longer times. Installation was simple enough, but a little hard since you cant see where the bolts are as youre lowering the toilet down. Highly recommend a second person to help you. I liked the seat attachment as it allows you to customize the alignment of the seat very exactly and is a clean look. The flush is good and strong and it seems you can hold the button down a bit longer to help stubborn bits wash away. Overall, I am pleased with it and appreciate the sleek base that will make cleaning easier. Do make sure you have 7 inches of space away from the center of your pipe and your water valve, so that the toilet base will clear the water valve handle. Mine barely did.. Laura. La Plata, MD.
