Purchased two. Arrived quickly and very well packaged. Perfectly matched the new bone pedestal sink. All parts noted in the description were included. Installation was easy. My only negative is the lid cover on the toilet seat. It appears normal, but it must be thin because when my 145 lbs sits on it, it is shocking as it collapses into a concave shape. When you stand up, it springs back, waiting to surprise the next unaware bathroom guest. The toilet would have been a five-star, if not for this unusual, unexpected feature.. Pati. Harrisburg, IL. Came in large box toilet weights 115 pounds with packaging it feels like 150 lol . Way easier for two people to move - it’s an awkward box. Love the one piece design definitely easier to clean and to keep clean. I think everyone should sit while using a toilet. If you have not installed a toilet before it could be an overwhelming job. I use a handyman such things. Directions were straightforward and he didn’t have issues - overall I would recommend. Debra. Mundelein, IL. Fri Oct 02 2026
