Any installation shortcut(s) and for sure there will be problems. Bought this to replace a smart toilet that was giving us so much headache. This one flushes nicer and with much less noise. Looks as good and sitting is very comfy. We love the skirted seamless look in the new toilet. I took off one star because the "tornado" flush is pretty slow. I was expecting a fast/whooshing style of water flow, but looks like the low-flow water saving features of this particular toilet means the water comes out at a lower speed?
