We love the look of this Smart Toilet. It has only been installed a few days, but everything seems to work as promised. Nice toilet. Love the smooth sides and minimalist look. Like the small footprint and absence of illuminated buttons on the outside of the lid. (They are in the inside ) The handle is subtle and easy to operate. I have a more expensive TOTO washlet in the master bathroom and this model bidet is more angled and doesn’t offer as much adjustment as my other one. However, for the price point it’s an excellent TOTO washlet.. Kim M. Kenmore Wa. Sat Apr 11 2026

I travel through South America for 7.5 months in 2025, and pretty much every Airbnb that I stayed in, had a bidet. This was a new concept to me as I never experienced using a bidet in the US. So at first, it was a little weird using this, but after the first month, I thought to myself, "Why in the world don't we use these more in the US? This is amazing". I had already decided once I got back to the US that I needed to start researching bidets, and I came across this one and boy, is it a game changer! This is a touchless, smart bidet and outside of sitting on it, there's nothing else that you need to do. Once you do your business (whether it's number1 or number 2), the smart bidet will take care of the rest. It will wash you.It will dry you & once you get off the toilet, it actually flushes and cleans itself & closes the lid. I love this toilet and look forward to purchasing a second one for the other bathroom. Best purchase of the year!. Azalia. FL. Sat Aug 08 2026

Upgrade your small bathroom with the Bazyths ZY695A Mini—a compact 23"-deep smart toilet that saves space without sacrificing comfort. ✅ Convenient Features: Built-in tank, foam shield, auto lid, foot-sensor seat & flush, rear/feminine wash, warm-air dryer, instant warm water, heated seat, off-seat auto flush, 1.03 GPF eco flush, nightlight & LED display—all controlled by the included remote. Perfect toilet-bidet combo for small bathrooms, powder rooms, or corners.

If it were possible to rate an item with 10+ stars, this would be one! This smart toilet is incredible, and we love it. I had never used a smart toilet or bidet. After using this one, we can’t imagine ever going back to exclusively using “standard” toilets. The list of features is extensive, and this toilet lives up to them all. The installation was straightforward, and it has been problem-free from day one. It comes with a remote that lets you control the seat, water, and dryer temperatures. You can also adjust the water nozzle direction, water pressure, and seat up/down. The remote is two-sided to cover all available personalization options. It came with an instruction manual, and it was easy to navigate all the settings and adjust them. Shortly after the toilet arrived, we received two bottles of Foam Shield Cleaner from Bazyths. It was simple to install and is a fantastic feature. As soon as you sit down, a layer of the foam cleanser is released to the surface of the water. It has a pleasant scent, not too overpowering. It is released automatically, but there is a button on the remote for manual foaming if you want to run an extra cleaning rinse to the toilet. I don’t typically discuss toilets with others, but I have definitely raved and recommended this one. Seriously, best toilet ever!. Elizabeth. California. Wed Dec 17 2025

This is a very nice modern toilet. It is the second Crestle modern toilet I purchased. the first one (model 2308k) had a narrower seat in the front and is one of the reasons I bought this one. On installation, I see others had problems. However, it is relatively easy if you first remove the bidet cover. There are two plastic covers over the 2 screws on the front of the bidet cover that have to be removed. Unfortunately, the instructions that come with this model don't explain this, as well as don't show bolting the toilet base down. which you have to like all toilets. Interestingly, the other model has clear instructions on how to do this. The other mistake in the instructions both toilets have is on the battery backup. You do not have to disconnect the power line and reconnect to the battery line to do this as shown in the instructions. Just put in a 9-volt battery in the battery holder. Probably good to replace it every year or two to be on the safe side if you ever lose power. Like another reviewer said you need to purchase the foaming agent separately.. Dan. Tomball, TX. This intelligent toilet features a built-in water tank, eliminating the need for additional plumbing configurations. Equipped with powerful UV sterilization technology, it ensures a cleaner and healthier environment by keeping the nozzle and bowl sanitized after every use.

I love the smart toilet, I didn't realize the cost to add an electrical outlet for it would be more expensive than the entire toilet and the installers had trouble installing it. The mounting brackets were not sufficient. Now that I am using it, there is occasionally a glitch where it freezes up. Unplugging it fixes the glitch, but overall I love it.. Penny. Arlington, TX. This toilet and washlet combo is exactly what I needed. Initially there was an issue with the wrong (S2) washlet being sent to me, but customer service fixed the issue S5 washlet was sent to me. Both the toilet and washlet work great! When planning to install these make sure you have a GFCI outlet installed to plug into and if possible run on its own circuit. The washlet can take up to 1250 watts and if you have it on a circuit with lights they can dim and flicker when in use.. Henry. Michigan. Sat Nov 15 2025

Gentle water spray helps children learn bathroom independence while maintaining cleaning - specially designed for young users aged 3+

For less than $400 this toilet is amazing. I thought O would have to spend $1,300 for something like this. I’ve used it for two days and am still getting used to not having to touch the toilet for anything like open and closing the lid or flushing. Also getting used to the bidet, I understand why others say they won’t be able to go back to regular toilet. I have two more bathrooms to replace toilets in now, I would consider this toilet/brand again.. Kendric. CA. Sun Sep 13 2026

I am really impressed with the Sanoxis Smart with Auto/Close Lid Toilet. Installation was surprisingly easy and straightforward, which was a big plus. The auto open/close lid, heated seat, warm wash and dryer, and automatic flush make it very convenient and comfortable to use. The tankless design gives it a sleek, modern look, and the remote control makes adjusting the settings simple. The deodorizer is another nice feature, and the soft-close lid works well. My only reason for giving it four stars instead of five is that it taking a little time to get familiar with all the features and settings. Overall, it is a great upgrade that offers plenty of comfort, convenience, and modern features.. Sauide. Fairburn, GA. Thu Sep 17 2026

I had the worst experience with Wayfair. The toilet came broken into pieces, and when I asked for refund, they asked me to return the broken toilet back to them and then wait for 3-5 days to get refunded. They also sent me the wrong bidet, a cheaper version compare to the one I purchased. I am frustrated because Wayfair said the toilet will get delivered the next day when I placed the order, but it ended up taking 2 weeks to delivery, and then I found out the toilet is broken into pieces and they sent the wrong bidet. And now they asked me to return everything and they have to approve my return before I can get refund...they make me go toilet-less for a month and kept my $2000! I will never buying anything from Wayfair anymore, because they sent me a cheaper alternative, a broken item, and they lied about the delivery time to trick you to buy things from them.. Fh. This is one of 3 new toilets we purchased for our new home. It is the first one to get installed and everyone loves it! The heated seat is a great feature and the toilet is so sleek and good-looking! I also love the automatic closing feature - which is mainly why I purchased it! Tired of going around closing toilet lids every day!!! One thing I didn't take into account is the location is facing the bathroom door and next to the walk-in shower. So every time we walk in the toilet automatically opens even if we aren't using it. And when we turn on the shower - same thing. So keep in mind the location of your toilet and if that will bother you or not. But we love ours!!!. Rosie. Thu Aug 13 2026
