This toilet needs to be flushed twice every time. We bought tow of these and had them installed by a plumber. Talked to Kohler and also had them checked a year later by a different plumber and still the same issue. The design of the water inlet to the bowl does not cause a circular motion to form but rather just a roiling which prevents everything from being flushed on the first time. This pressure assisted toilet is much better than standard toilets. It can be a little loud and sounds like an airplane toilet, but with little kids it helps prevent clogs. The shipping was very good and it came intact. Customer service at wayfair is excellent. I would high recommend this toilet for remodel, replacement projects because it doesn't have a traditional stopper, water tank and the self-enclosed tank is clean and hopefully worry free for several years.. I love this toilet. I have another kohler toilet with the 1.28 gpf flush so I knew I wanted one similar to that one. The flush is powerful and circles the whole bowl. My contractor was very impressed with the flush...lol... and said it was a simple install. I chose the black one because I always wanted an all black bathroom. It has a gloss on it, and yes, has to be wiped constantly. Constant wiping doesn't bother me at all. I also have the matching Cimarron pedestal sink. I do agree that for the price of this toilet, a seat should be included. The wood paneling and toilet paper holder are also from Wayfair. It was well-packaged with thick foam so the only issue I had was that the lid had a small crack on it. I'm not sure how that happened but I reached out to Wayfair and asked could they send just a new lid. Wayfair reached out to the supplier and they sent me a whole new toilet...lol. I explained that the original toilet was already installed. I was told to just switch out the lids, print out the Fedex label and they came back in a couple of days and picked up the new toilet. I thought it would have been easier to send a new lid but Wayfair handled it fast and I'm happy.. Anonymous. US. Fri Mar 08 2024
