Purchased two. Arrived quickly and very well packaged. Perfectly matched the new bone pedestal sink. All parts noted in the description were included. Installation was easy. My only negative is the lid cover on the toilet seat. It appears normal, but it must be thin because when my 145 lbs sits on it, it is shocking as it collapses into a concave shape. Well, what can I say? It's a toilet and it does what a toilet is supposed to do. It looks exactly like the picture shown on the web site. It flushes and fills without any leaks or other problems. The flushing action appears to be pretty good, but because our bathroom renovation is still in progress we haven't yet put it through any ... shall we say, "real world" tests. I'll update this review if any problems are discovered. UPDATE! - I'm pleasantly surprised with the flushing action! One push does it all, even for the lower water-usage button. I have another toilet in a separate bathroom from a well-known home improvement store but it just doesn't measure up, frequently requiring a second flush. In my view, it's worth spending a little extra to get something that works the way it should. One word of advice regarding installation. Be sure to connect the supply line and any accessories (like the hand-held bidet shown in this photo) to the toilet BEFORE setting the toilet on the flange. This is the first bidet I've ever used. It was pretty easy to install, toilets are never really fun. I usually have problems with toilets clogging on me, but I have yet to encounter that issue with this toilet. The only minor issues I've noticed are the following: After I use the wash function, then hit the air dryer button, it flushes the toilet, and while it's flushing and refilling the bowl, it can splash you while it's drying. I have been just patting dry with toilet paper instead of using the air dryer, as I don't feel like sitting there forever waiting to dry. I also wish you could adjust the auto lid function. We have a small bathroom, so it triggers a lot. I feel like this toilet was well worth the money, I think I paid around $600 for it. If it were possible to rate an item with 10+ stars, this would be one! This smart toilet is incredible, and we love it. I had never used a smart toilet or bidet. After using this one, we can’t imagine ever going back to exclusively using “standard” toilets. The list of features is extensive, and this toilet lives up to them all. The installation was straightforward, and it has been problem-free from day one. It comes with a remote that lets you control the seat, water, and dryer temperatures. You can also adjust the water nozzle direction, water pressure, and seat up/down. The remote is two-sided to cover all available personalization options. It came with an instruction manual, and it was easy to navigate all the settings and adjust them. Shortly after the toilet arrived, we received two bottles of Foam Shield Cleaner from Bazyths. It was simple to install and is a fantastic feature. As soon as you sit down, a layer of the foam cleanser is released to the surface of the water. It has a pleasant scent, not too overpowering. It is released automatically, but there is a button on the remote for manual foaming if you want to run an extra cleaning rinse to the toilet. This is a beautiful upgrade to my original toilet. It's sleek, flushes well, is water-saving, and easy to clean. However, in my experience, some plumbers are not fond of the one-piece toilet. My installer stated that the toilet is too heavy, difficult to line up, the flange did not fit, and the ring and hardware are mediocre. He used different hardware and a different wax ring. The first one they sent was shattered in the box. The second one is pretty nice looking. At least I get a free second set of the inner parts for when anything wears out. And the second one came very quickly. Careful, those shards are sharp! 2nd one is installed. It's a BEAR to install. You can BARELY reach the water line attachment in the back with finger tips, so could hardly get it tight enough.
