Purchased two. Arrived quickly and very well packaged. Perfectly matched the new bone pedestal sink. All parts noted in the description were included. Installation was easy. My only negative is the lid cover on the toilet seat. It appears normal, but it must be thin because when my 145 lbs sits on it, it is shocking as it collapses into a concave shape. I travel through South America for 7.5 months in 2025, and pretty much every Airbnb that I stayed in, had a bidet. This was a new concept to me as I never experienced using a bidet in the US. Well, what can I say? It's a toilet and it does what a toilet is supposed to do. It looks exactly like the picture shown on the web site. It flushes and fills without any leaks or other problems. The flushing action appears to be pretty good, but because our bathroom renovation is still in progress we haven't yet put it through any ... shall we say, "real world" tests. I'll update this review if any problems are discovered. UPDATE! - I'm pleasantly surprised with the flushing action! One push does it all, even for the lower water-usage button. I have another toilet in a separate bathroom from a well-known home improvement store but it just doesn't measure up, frequently requiring a second flush. In my view, it's worth spending a little extra to get something that works the way it should. One word of advice regarding installation. Be sure to connect the supply line and any accessories (like the hand-held bidet shown in this photo) to the toilet BEFORE setting the toilet on the flange. If it were possible to rate an item with 10+ stars, this would be one! This smart toilet is incredible, and we love it. I had never used a smart toilet or bidet. After using this one, we can’t imagine ever going back to exclusively using “standard” toilets. The list of features is extensive, and this toilet lives up to them all. The installation was straightforward, and it has been problem-free from day one. It comes with a remote that lets you control the seat, water, and dryer temperatures. You can also adjust the water nozzle direction, water pressure, and seat up/down. The remote is two-sided to cover all available personalization options. It came with an instruction manual, and it was easy to navigate all the settings and adjust them. Shortly after the toilet arrived, we received two bottles of Foam Shield Cleaner from Bazyths. It was simple to install and is a fantastic feature. As soon as you sit down, a layer of the foam cleanser is released to the surface of the water. It has a pleasant scent, not too overpowering. It is released automatically, but there is a button on the remote for manual foaming if you want to run an extra cleaning rinse to the toilet. The first one they sent was shattered in the box. The second one is pretty nice looking. At least I get a free second set of the inner parts for when anything wears out. And the second one came very quickly. Careful, those shards are sharp! 2nd one is installed. It's a BEAR to install. You can BARELY reach the water line attachment in the back with finger tips, so could hardly get it tight enough. The toilet was very easy to install and is a great DIY project. I would recommend having two people for the installation, mainly because of the weight of the toilet. It comes with a new wax ring and all the supplies needed for installation. We did end up needing a second wax ring, so I would recommend having one on hand just in case. We initially installed it with the included wax ring but noticed a small leak. After installing a second wax ring, everything worked perfectly. The toilet has two flush buttons—one for liquids and one for solids. The flush is quick, and the tank refills quickly as well. The toilet arrived quickly; it came in two boxes and was securely packed with white foam—you can tell great care went into the packaging. At first glance, I thought it wouldn't fit because it looked huge. It turned out taller than expected; I’m 5'5", and my legs dangle off the floor. Installation is like that of any other toilet, though it’s awkward to mount in a small bathroom. We had to use a faucet supply line to connect the water because the valve requires a specific adapter—that was the only way we could hook it up. The flush valve came pre-installed in the tank, so even though my husband isn't an expert, the whole job took him just an hour. Now that it's installed, it looks great; it’s extra tall yet has a compact profile. It features a dual-flush system: one button for a standard flush and a second for a higher-volume flush.
