There's honestly not *too* much to tell about this-it's a toilet and it does what it's supposed to! The flush action is pretty good for a rear outlet toilet and all the parts come with it that are necessary. The seat it comes with is decent, not outlandishly cheap like some toilets come with. Purchased two. Arrived quickly and very well packaged. Perfectly matched the new bone pedestal sink. All parts noted in the description were included. Installation was easy. My only negative is the lid cover on the toilet seat. It appears normal, but it must be thin because when my 145 lbs sits on it, it is shocking as it collapses into a concave shape. I travel through South America for 7.5 months in 2025, and pretty much every Airbnb that I stayed in, had a bidet. This was a new concept to me as I never experienced using a bidet in the US. Well, what can I say? It's a toilet and it does what a toilet is supposed to do. It looks exactly like the picture shown on the web site. It flushes and fills without any leaks or other problems. The flushing action appears to be pretty good, but because our bathroom renovation is still in progress we haven't yet put it through any ... shall we say, "real world" tests. I'll update this review if any problems are discovered. UPDATE! - I'm pleasantly surprised with the flushing action! One push does it all, even for the lower water-usage button. I have another toilet in a separate bathroom from a well-known home improvement store but it just doesn't measure up, frequently requiring a second flush. In my view, it's worth spending a little extra to get something that works the way it should. One word of advice regarding installation. Be sure to connect the supply line and any accessories (like the hand-held bidet shown in this photo) to the toilet BEFORE setting the toilet on the flange. If it were possible to rate an item with 10+ stars, this would be one! This smart toilet is incredible, and we love it. I had never used a smart toilet or bidet. After using this one, we can’t imagine ever going back to exclusively using “standard” toilets. The list of features is extensive, and this toilet lives up to them all. The installation was straightforward, and it has been problem-free from day one. It comes with a remote that lets you control the seat, water, and dryer temperatures. You can also adjust the water nozzle direction, water pressure, and seat up/down. The remote is two-sided to cover all available personalization options. It came with an instruction manual, and it was easy to navigate all the settings and adjust them. Shortly after the toilet arrived, we received two bottles of Foam Shield Cleaner from Bazyths. It was simple to install and is a fantastic feature. As soon as you sit down, a layer of the foam cleanser is released to the surface of the water. It has a pleasant scent, not too overpowering. It is released automatically, but there is a button on the remote for manual foaming if you want to run an extra cleaning rinse to the toilet. This is a beautiful upgrade to my original toilet. It's sleek, flushes well, is water-saving, and easy to clean. However, in my experience, some plumbers are not fond of the one-piece toilet. My installer stated that the toilet is too heavy, difficult to line up, the flange did not fit, and the ring and hardware are mediocre. He used different hardware and a different wax ring. Wax Ring Was Terrible The included wax ring was low quality — it crumbled and failed to form a proper seal. I had to replace it with a better aftermarket wax ring to stop slow leaks and reduce odors. This added time and cost to the install that shouldn’t be necessary. Buy a high-quality wax ring with a rubber gasket or flange before installation — it’s almost essential with this toilet. One major let-down was the toilet seat lid It’s made of thin plastic that doesn’t feel sturdy. It flexes too much and doesn’t give a sense of durability. Compared to higher-end soft-close seats, this feels like the weakest part of the whole toilet. Side Screw Covers Do Not Fit This was one of the most frustrating parts The side covers that are supposed to hide the mounting screws do not fit. They won’t snap on or screw on properly. As a result, the mounting screws are fully visible, which ruins the clean, finished look the toilet is supposed to have This feels like a design or manufacturing defect, not user error.. Kim.
