Here’s a more polished version of your review that keeps your experience, but makes it clearer and more natural for other buyers ⸻ We purchased the TOTO Drake 1.6 GPF elongated two-piece toilet from TOTO through Wayfair and got a great deal. Overall, we’re very happy with the upgrade. It is noticeably easier to clean compared to lower-end toilets, and it flushes efficiently—usually just one flush is enough. It also runs much quieter, which we really appreciate. We’ve also noticed that stains don’t build up as easily in the bowl compared to cheaper models. The design is sleek and the height is more comfortable, especially for adults or taller users. We paired it with a bidet seat, which makes it even better. Shipping and packaging were excellent. Everything arrived well-protected, with no cracks or damage. It did come in multiple boxes and the pieces are quite heavy, so it helps to be organized when unpacking. Customer service from both Wayfair and the manufacturer has been responsive and helpful when we had questions. Although it costs more upfront, we feel it’s worth it in the long run. We expect it to last many years (at least a decade), and it also helps reduce water usage since one flush is usually enough. We’ve also cut down on toilet bowl cleaner because it stays cleaner longer. Overall, it feels like a high-quality, durable, and worthwhile investment.. Tina. Utah. Wed Jun 10 2026

Excellent quality! We are redoing our old house and this was the perfect size for our small bathroom. It's not small but not to big. The sleek design and quiet close lid is wonderful if you have small around. One the i recommend before you tackle the installation is purchase metal toilet ring bolt ( the stick like thing) you attached the ring one the floor to the toilet as when you are easing down a heavy toilet to guide it down on the stick and them being plastic we broke one . Definitely get metal ones. Definitely recommend this toilet.. Tara. Trenton, MO. Wed Oct 14 2026

Great toilet came two days late but a great toilet.. Anthony. Spencerport, NY. Fri Apr 30 2021

Enhance your bathroom space with this redesigned KOHLER® Highline two-piece elongated toilet with right-hand trip lever. With our most powerful flush built into one of our most popular toilet designs, the upgraded Highline toilet combines trusted performance with top-of-the-line features to enhance luxury and efficiency. At the heart of this toilet’s clean and simple aesthetic is Revolution 360® technology, an advanced flushing system that uses a powerful swirling motion to thoroughly rinse the bowl. Weighing less than previous Highline models, this toilet is easier to handle and install.

I LOVE flushing this toilet!! I know it sounds ridiculous, but every time I flush I gush about how cool this toilet is. My husband even remarked how unique the flush is. Not to mention it does a great job cleaning his firecracker turds. This toilet is so much easier to clean. Traditional toilets have seemingly 100 little holes that get all dirty. This one has one giant hole, a little trough and done! So easy to keep clean. The chair height is comfortable for most people (it’s too tall for my 4’11” stature, but I make it work). I don’t feel the flush is any louder than ordinary toilets. It’s just really fun to watch it flush!!. Sara. Sun Oct 19 2025

Nice toilet. Love the smooth sides and minimalist look. Like the small footprint and absence of illuminated buttons on the outside of the lid. (They are in the inside ) The handle is subtle and easy to operate. I have a more expensive TOTO washlet in the master bathroom and this model bidet is more angled and doesn’t offer as much adjustment as my other one. However, for the price point it’s an excellent TOTO washlet.. Kim M. Kenmore Wa. Sat Apr 11 2026
