Purchased two. Arrived quickly and very well packaged. Perfectly matched the new bone pedestal sink. All parts noted in the description were included. Installation was easy. My only negative is the lid cover on the toilet seat. It appears normal, but it must be thin because when my 145 lbs sits on it, it is shocking as it collapses into a concave shape. When you stand up, it springs back, waiting to surprise the next unaware bathroom guest. The toilet would have been a five-star, if not for this unusual, unexpected feature.. Pati. Harrisburg, IL. I am really impressed with the Sanoxis Smart with Auto/Close Lid Toilet. Installation was surprisingly easy and straightforward, which was a big plus. The auto open/close lid, heated seat, warm wash and dryer, and automatic flush make it very convenient and comfortable to use. The tankless design gives it a sleek, modern look, and the remote control makes adjusting the settings simple. The deodorizer is another nice feature, and the soft-close lid works well. My only reason for giving it four stars instead of five is that it taking a little time to get familiar with all the features and settings.
