I love the smart toilet, I didn't realize the cost to add an electrical outlet for it would be more expensive than the entire toilet and the installers had trouble installing it. This is a very nice modern toilet. It is the second Crestle modern toilet I purchased. the first one (model 2308k) had a narrower seat in the front and is one of the reasons I bought this one. On installation, I see others had problems. However, it is relatively easy if you first remove the bidet cover. There are two plastic covers over the 2 screws on the front of the bidet cover that have to be removed. Unfortunately, the instructions that come with this model don't explain this, as well as don't show bolting the toilet base down. which you have to like all toilets. Interestingly, the other model has clear instructions on how to do this. The other mistake in the instructions both toilets have is on the battery backup. You do not have to disconnect the power line and reconnect to the battery line to do this as shown in the instructions. Just put in a 9-volt battery in the battery holder. Probably good to replace it every year or two to be on the safe side if you ever lose power. Like another reviewer said you need to purchase the foaming agent separately.. Dan. Tomball, TX. I travel through South America for 7.5 months in 2025, and pretty much every Airbnb that I stayed in, had a bidet. This was a new concept to me as I never experienced using a bidet in the US. I want to love this bidet but : Terrible manual. Extra parts and undocumented parts included. The digital display reads the water temp in F, and shows the room temp in C. Woodbridge confirmed this is not changeable. The website CLEARLY shows a blue hue to the LED nightlight, but the light is actually white only. Woodbridge confirmed. They use a "faucet" line rather than a "toilet" line which means you neither end is "toilet standard". If the provided line is long enough, you still need to convert to 3/8" compression for your angle valve. I replaced the entire line with longer faucet line then converted to the angle valve. The toilet arrived on time with no issues. It has a beautiful design. It does come with the wax ring, even though the information seems to indicate it doesn’t. We have been unable to complete installation as it is not compatible with the standard 12 in. Compression x 78. We are stuck at this point. I don’t know if we are doing something wrong because based on the reviews, installation should be easy. Update it is finally installed! And we absolutely love it. The seat is very comfortable. I really love the canest toilet bowls. It has most of the same features. I personally like them for the auto flush, night light, and warm seat but I found that you want to get one with the lid auto closes. Be careful when ordering because I thought it was an auto closes. You don’t think it’s a big deal but it is. I would only get one that has the auto shut. It is worth the extra money. But I do have 3 of these toilets and the chair height is something you didn’t think you would notice but wait til you sit on a traditional toilet after this.
