This was exceedingly well packed. These bizarre spirals of twisted kraft paper did a surprising good job of padding and cushioning a loose bowl, while the tank came in a separate but equally well padded box. It functions very well, the flush is strong but brief, no issues noted at this time.. Jenny. Florida. Sat May 30 2026

The sophistication of traditional Memoirs Stately design serves as the inspiration for the KOHLER® Memoirs collection. With its rich detailing, this suite of products echoes the stylized lines of historically renowned furniture and architectural design. The toilet is not exactly what i thought i was getting, it’s not as a white, and i thought the handle to flush was suppose to be white too, not silver, and don’t seem to come with all the parts to connect it to the wall, will have to buy additional parts, also i thought it was higher than it really is, and not sure if it’s elongated, looks round instead. now however, i had the toilet since November of 24, n my house where it was delivered , still in the boxes, i only opened it to see what it looks like, but then came the Eaton Canyon Fire on January 7th, 2025 that destroyed my home totally and burned the New brand toilet along with the “ Over the Toilet Storage” i bought both at the same time, i called Wayfair, and they would not replace it, i went ahead and paid it off because i did not want to ruin my credit. Wayfair did not help me. Anonymous. US. Tue May 27 2025

I love this toilet. I have another kohler toilet with the 1.28 gpf flush so I knew I wanted one similar to that one. The flush is powerful and circles the whole bowl. My contractor was very impressed with the flush...lol... and said it was a simple install. I chose the black one because I always wanted an all black bathroom. It has a gloss on it, and yes, has to be wiped constantly. Constant wiping doesn't bother me at all. I also have the matching Cimarron pedestal sink. I do agree that for the price of this toilet, a seat should be included. The wood paneling and toilet paper holder are also from Wayfair. It was well-packaged with thick foam so the only issue I had was that the lid had a small crack on it. I'm not sure how that happened but I reached out to Wayfair and asked could they send just a new lid. Wayfair reached out to the supplier and they sent me a whole new toilet...lol. I explained that the original toilet was already installed. I was told to just switch out the lids, print out the Fedex label and they came back in a couple of days and picked up the new toilet. I thought it would have been easier to send a new lid but Wayfair handled it fast and I'm happy.. Anonymous. US. Fri Mar 08 2024
