Came beautifully packaged! No dings. The color is slightly more orangey than I wanted but I’m okay with that. I love that there is no assembly, and the wood is fairly good quality for the price. Just two negatives - I wish I could remove the nubs (that join the units together) on the top unit, and the company sticker on the unit was a bear to get off - I don’t know why companies put them on the unit like that! I purchased the 3-shelf size, 36" H X 48" wide. It holds my entire cookbook collection and does double duty as a divider between the foyer and kitchen/dining area. Beautiful, heavy wood in the mission style. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the backing. I wish furniture manufacturers would stop to consider that not every piece of furniture is going to be put against a wall, so it would be nice to have a decent backing. The back of this bookcase is some sort of shiny, vinyl covered panel and the color is awful. Maybe it was meant to be faux marble, but they missed by a mile. Really nice corner shelf that holds a LOT and freed up floor space from what I was using before. No blemishes or scratches. Instructions were just pictures/diagrams. Followed them to a T, but two pieces had the wrong part stickers switched. Once we figured it out, we were able to switch the two parts and it worked out fine.
