The finished product is beautiful! I love that it has small reading lights within the bed frame, becasue side table lamps would be difficult to reach from the bed.
The assembly was laborious and required familiarity with furniture/cabinetry assembly along with some problem-solving. The number provided for customer support within the packaging is disconnected, so I wouldn't count on that. I was hesitant to order because of the reviews on missing pieces, but we had everything we needed. However, there was a piece with predrilled holes on the wrong side, so we drilled new holes. If you aren't extremely handy, or if you don't have a professional to assemble this product, I wouldn't recommend it, but if you're confident in your abilities, it's worth the effort!. Ashley.
