Positively IN LOVE with these sofas! Firm enough for me, soft enough for my husband. I’ve sat on countless sofas at furniture stores and immediately popped up with a “Nope!” So naturally I was nervous at 2k a pop, no cancels or returns and a front door that wasn’t quite 36” wide as needed per the delivery specs. They had the look I wanted which no local store seemed to carry, totally washable which is a must with large dogs so I took a chance- and oh am I glad I did. This couch is so comfortable. The down filled cushions are so cozy but also supportive. We got the Bayou Light Gray color. It’s a great feeling fabric. The base of the couch cover does drape a little but you can fix it by tucking it in.
