The couch itself is lovely. But when the men unwrapped it, it was absolutely filthy. There is not one panel that did not have some kind of stain or dirt. Worst part is, I think it’s grease in some areas because it rubbed on the wall and left a streak on the wall that only came out with magic eraser. All that being said. The couch is sturdy and well made. And looks great in my spare bedroom. I have called Wayfair customer service and am waiting to see how they will resolve this.. Theresa. Juno Beach, FL. I ordered this couch in Peyton pearl. I had preordered a sample before committing to final order. When it was delivered it was dirty in several places and very easy to see on white fabric. Also the couch looked nothing like what was advertised on the website. I was looking for a tailored look but ended up getting a sloppy, messy looking couch. Wayfair has been excellent in dealing with my displeasure and now just waiting on the delivery guys to show up to pick it up. I have ordered a couch from wayfair before and was totally satisfied.
