I was super excited to get this recliner but quite disappointed when it arrived. First, when I ordered it I could sworn it said detachable cushion ms, but only the seat cushion is detachable, the back cushion is attached. Second, one of the legs was very loose and even after tightening it it still sits crooked and I’m worried it will just give out. And lastly, when I was skirting the chair over a couple inches the whole frame felt very loose and jiggly. I think for the price it should not have had any of these issues. While it is beautiful and the sewing seems to be done very well, I’m not convinced that the foundation is solid and definitely not the legs. Wayfair did send a replacement but shockingly one of the front legs was bent beyond repair on the replacement chair too! As well as the fabric near the leg is torn. I would suggest to the manufacturer that they ship with the legs OFF like many other products do. VERY disappointed that TWO chairs have arrived damaged beyond repair.. Marcia. Milwaukie, OR. I love this recliner. BUT please read the size of it. It is a smaller recliner with a seat width of only 16 inches. It is good for a smaller size man or woman. I am 5 ft and slightly overweight any wider I would not fit! Easy to put together. It only recliner one way no adjusting. If you like to adjust when reclining get a power recliner this one may not be for you. It is very comfortable. I got stone beige. Thought it would be too light but it’s not. Love the color!!! This is my second Bradington Young chair. My purchase doesn't disappoint! It's made with the same quality as my first chair. I believe my first chair is around 15 years old. I'm not getting rid of the first chair yet - there is still a lot of use left in that chair! My new chair is just as comfortable, actually more comfortable since the cushions are getting a little tired on the first chair. Although the color is not quite what I expected, I'll make it work. The swooping arms of the Ashton leather power motion chair offer a hint of deep recline and relaxation in this design. The deeply padded arms and lush seating create a cocoon of comfort. Controls on the side of the chair smoothly recline the back and open the footrest, while a USB port allows you to charge your devices.

The survey asked to rate the item based on delivery experience. The delivery was 1+ hours past the original delivery window of time. We were pressed for time once the delivery arrived. The delivery person was very nice but had a time installing the back of one of the recliners. Unfortunately, I didn’t know it at the time - but the leather was torn where the back was installed incorrectly. When we came home later that evening to use the chair, we realized the back was incorrectly installed. When fixing we noticed the rip. Unfortunately, I certified via delivery sign off that there was no damage to the chair because the rip is you is not visible until the back is removed —- but if not fixed the rip will spread/become visible over time. As well, the tops of the back feet stick out from the chair (left and right feet - both chairs) but are not painted on top. I will have to fix both issues. I sought out this recliner because of style and comfort. I don’t normally spend $1550 on a chair - but had these mishaps not occurred, this would have been a 5 star review. ;’(. Glendae.
