Open box item that arrived with pen marks, indentations, dirt and debris on EVERY piece of this three piece sofa. The sofa is fine, but the delivery and service was terrible. The delivery date was pushed back four times from mid-November to mid-January. My email queries went unanswered and when I would phone, I would usually just get the same information which appeared on the website. The one time I did get a representative to call the manufacturer, I was told the sofa would be delivered before Christmas, but it did not arrive till January 16. This was very frustrating and I would never had purchased the sofa had I known it would take over 16 weeks to be delivered. The website originally promised an 8 to 10 week delivery.
