The couch itself is lovely. But when the men unwrapped it, it was absolutely filthy. There is not one panel that did not have some kind of stain or dirt. Worst part is, I think it’s grease in some areas because it rubbed on the wall and left a streak on the wall that only came out with magic eraser. All that being said. Couch is extremely well made…all fabric seams are straight and frame is solid. It is firm for seating but not unforgiving or uncomfortable..I feel it will hold up well. I purchased two porter 62” loveseats in nomad snow chenille for my small living room. I love the look and the fabric is very soft and cozy. I like that for a compact loveseat, the seats are nice and deep for me to curl up on (I’m 5’10”) with my dog. I had to situate and steam the slipcovers a bit after delivery to make them look a little tidier but that was to be expected at this price and from reading reviews. The couches are light and I think the frames are pretty cheap (they twist easily when you lift one of the legs which I did to put floor protectors on the legs) so we’ll see how it holds up over time, but I do like them. The nomad snow is a very light/almost white linen color but has just enough beige woven in that I’m hoping it will hide mild dog hair etc and not be too much upkeep! This is a great quality couch. Its supportive yet very comfortable. The linen fabric is very thick and should last years. The Seems are all fitted perfectly as well. It also has a nice texture and looks very natural. I love that the company recycles 95% post consumer waste and also used solar power for their manufacturing. Caring about their environmental footprint was a major deciding factor for my purchase. It’s also getting harder to find a furniture company that uses high quality materials and natural fibers as well as putting time and craftsmanship into their work. It is a dying art. Both the couch seat and small arm cushions are a downy feather blend. Couch back cushions are well stuffed with a poly foam blend. Seat cushions are a bit firm to reduce sagging.
