Couch is great! Love that it came with included white glove delivery for no additional cost for easy delivery and set up. The sofa itself is perfect for a small apartment, and wicked comfy, but firm enough where you don't sink into it. I like firmer pillows and this couch is the perfect level of support, but also comfortable enough to nap on. The sofa is fine, but the delivery and service was terrible. The delivery date was pushed back four times from mid-November to mid-January. My email queries went unanswered and when I would phone, I would usually just get the same information which appeared on the website. The one time I did get a representative to call the manufacturer, I was told the sofa would be delivered before Christmas, but it did not arrive till January 16. This was very frustrating and I would never had purchased the sofa had I known it would take over 16 weeks to be delivered. The website originally promised an 8 to 10 week delivery. This has since been changed to 12 to 14 weeks.. Anonymous. Healdsburg, CA. Wed Jan 20 2021
