Great concept! A steam mop and a vacuum all in one. I love the fact that I dont need to pull out the Dyson vacuum first to get all the dust and debris first and then mop. It has made it so much easier to clean the floors. Having 3 dogs is a challenge to keep floors clean. This has made a huge difference. Easy to assemble and light weight enough to pick up. Easy control button to turn on low steam or high steam without the vacuum or you could use both the vacuum and steam at the same time.or just steam alone. There is a trigger on the handle that when compressed will release the steam. I wish there was an onoff switch or a smaller trigger. No way to not compressed trigger when using because the way you hold the handle to use you automatically compress the release for steam. To vacuum I notice it will pick up dustdebris going forwards not backwards. Taking off the mop plate is quite easy, there is a step tab and it comes of easily, then you are able to remove mop pad from the mop plate. No where to hang the mop plate that I could see on the unit. Placing in the mop plate back on seems to be a challenge for me to line the unit over the plate to snap back in place. Easy to fill, but very important to use distilled water a gallon will last for several mopping if only filling up once at a time.. The small mop pad makes it easy to hand wash and hang dry or it can be thrown in the wash. I find if I hand wash right after using it comes cleaner and if I dont have time I just soap it up leave it to soak and wash later. Best to wash while still wet or I find dirt will set in if you let it dry. All in all great to have an use but will still need to vacuum and mop for rainy days when 3 sets of wet paws go running through the house.. Lona. Nassau County Ny. Mon Jun 02 2025

I will say that I regularly vacuum and use a hand held carpet cleaner, so nothing could have prepared me for how gross the water was after I cleaned 2 carpets in my house. This is a game changer.. Nicole. US. Tue Jun 17 2025
