Bought this shed even after reading some of the negative reviews…and glad I did. Followed assembly instructions to the letter using both the written and video instructions… a flat base, installation, and anchoring. I live in SW Ohio, and few days ago, 60 MPH winds came through with heavy rain. No issues at all and interior stayed dry as a bone. Running joke with wife…’and do not over tighten the screws…’. We bought a vertical storage shed 30 years ago and moved it to Germany, where it's been used outside. Although we just had to disassemble and reassemble it again, that was easily done. I absolutely love my new Garbage Shed. I don't use it for garbage cans though. It now houses gardening supplies. It fits EVERYTHING and, as an added bonus, the height is perfect to do plant potting! We have purchased 2 of these a few years apart. The first was missing the rear wall but customer service was quick to send us another one. That one has held up perfectly during 2 Pocono Mountain winters. That one houses our riding lawn mower. The 2nd shed came with all the parts and is housing my son's Harley.
